Not good Why do Wise say money will be in account in 18 minutes. Than it will be in account during the day. Than that money will be in account the next day, and finally that it can take two working days before it’s in my account. If I knew that, I would use bank to bank because that take only one day. I use wise because, normally it takes seconds, to transfer. But when i need urgent money, and wise say 18 minutes, but it take two days, that is not good enough 😡 And can anyone explain why it normally take seconds, and know 2-3 days. Got worse (3rd time) Not only did wise got more expensive, it also failed with the User Interface. Before I needed 1 click to be at the page where I can transfer money, now I need FIVE. Seems like with every update they add the need for another click , to get the the point where you can actually start executing. Meanwhile their business model makes less and less sense. Banks are catching up and the costs now are basically the same. The intuitiveness from Transferwise and the early Wise was thousand times better than now. I start looking at alternatives. Another upload of documents when repeating transfer Why would wise need me to upload documents for repeating an earlier transfer? Obviously documents were uploaded when the first transfer were done.
