Stian WARNING: Predatory, Dishonest, and Threatening Behavior I used TicketSwap to sell a legitimate festival ticket in good faith. The transaction was completed through their app. I followed all rules. I received my money. Case closed, right? Wrong. On the day the festival began, I got a shady text message demanding I “pay the money back.” No explanation. No reason. Just a random demand for nearly 4,000 NOK. Thinking it was a scam, I blocked the number. Then came the emails. Then the threats. TicketSwap is now harassing me, threatening to send debt collectors unless I pay back the exact amount I legally earned by selling the ticket through their own platform. They still won’t tell me why. Let me be clear: • No buyer has complained. • The ticket was valid. • There’s zero documentation or legal justification for this demand. • Their own app shows no support messages—only fabricated “claims.” This is not just bad customer service. This is extortion. They are using fear and pressure to try to claw back money they already confirmed as earned. Avoid this app at all costs. If this is how they treat honest users, they should be removed from the App Store entirely. Shameful, abusive, and possibly illegal. No real help It seems to work when seller and buyer are honest. If not, don’t expect much help from Ticketswap. Pay with your credit card, take screenshots and if you’re searching after tickets from Ticketmaster use Ticketmasters reselling option. That’s more secure on both sides.. Inselfuzy Version: 5.13.0

Terrible customer service I have a problem with selling some tickets I cannot use, but Ticketswap has not answered the messages I sent 3, 4 and 7 days ago to different people.
