Fantastisk app, forferdelig kundeservice Appen er fantastisk. Men kundeservicen er det verste jeg har opplevd. Skjedd to ganger nå at jeg må betale et oppgjør for andre sine billettfeil, og de ansatte har null forståelse.. Cooprix Version: 5.16.0

Terrible customer service I have a problem with selling some tickets I cannot use, but Ticketswap has not answered the messages I sent 3, 4 and 7 days ago to different people. No real help It seems to work when seller and buyer are honest. If not, don’t expect much help from Ticketswap. Pay with your credit card, take screenshots and if you’re searching after tickets from Ticketmaster use Ticketmasters reselling option. That’s more secure on both sides.. Inselfuzy Version: 5.13.0
