Every time I enter the in-game shop and spend a little time there, the game suddenly crashes and closes. Recently, I changed the language of my Toca Boca game to English. Before I changed the language, everything in my game was completely normal, and all of the packs, locations, characters, and other content that I bought with real money were available and working correctly. However, after changing the language settings, I noticed that all of the things I purchased disappeared from my game. At first, I thought it was only a small glitch and that the purchases would come back after reopening the game, but they did not. I restarted the app several times, checked my internet connection, and looked through the game settings, but nothing changed. The content I paid for is still missing. I am very disappointed and upset because I spent real money on these purchases over time, and I really enjoyed using them while playing. I worked hard to collect and buy these items, and now it feels unfair that they disappeared after something as simple as changing the game language. I did not delete the game or ask for refunds, so I do not understand why this happened. I really love playing Toca Boca, and it is one of my favorite games. I spend a lot of time creating stories, decorating houses, and playing with the characters, so losing all of my purchases made me very sad. Some of the packs I bought were very special to me, and I was excited to use them every time I played. I would be very grateful if you could please help me restore my purchases to my account. Oyun keyifli. Uzun süre oynadım. Hatta oyun içi satın alma da yaptım. Fakat bir süre sonra oyun hata verdi. Çıkıp tekrar girdiğimde dekore ettiğim bütün evlerin silindiğini gördüm. Evleri tekrar dekore etmek istediğimde oyunun hediyesi olan eşyaların tamamının silinmiş olduğunu gördüm. Bomboş evlerle başbaşa kaldım. Evlerimi tekrar dekore etmek istesem bile yüzlerce eşyam artık olmadığını fark ettim. Sadece oyunu kurup size sunduğu kısımlara yetinirseniz oynayın ama kesinlikle satın alma yapmayın. Bir puan vermemin nedenleri -oyun oynarken video çekmek için tuş koymuşsunuz ama durdurulamıyor ve sadece 2 buçuk dakika çekebiliyorum. -birkaç yeri daha açsanız çok güzel olacak -postaneden gelen hediyeleri haftada 3 kez yapın. -kendi karakterimizi yaratırken kullandığımız saç kıyafet aksesuar daha çok olsun parasız. -benim tabletimde mi sorun bilmiyorum ama oyun sürekli ben oynarken çıkıp duruyor. - birde mesela ben bir binaya bir eşya koyuyorum daha sonra başka bir binaya gidip geldiğimde o eşya gitmiş oluyor. Zaten ben her sınavda ailem bana bir tane toca boca aldığı için satın alma konusunda sorun yok.

Hi. I play Toca boca pretty much every day, but for the past month I couldn’t play it. I open the game, press ANY location, and it starts loading to open it but then Toca boca just randomly crashes. I’ve payed money on this game, so I don’t want to delete it and reinstall it, all of my items, avatars, and houses/locations took me so long to build/decorate. I have an iPad 8 with the newest updates and I have 50GB of storage left, but Toca Boca just crashes. Please tell me how to fix it I’m really really upset..
Hello tocaboca developer so the problem is that lagging when i enter my house i cant move charecters i even leave and enter my house again so i could move my charecters but id does not help even i deleted game and uploaded it again still i wouldnt move charcter:( . and also when i uploaded new uptate my charecters were lagging and they didnt have cloth my all stuff in my house resseted pwease fix it (NO HATE)

Hi 👋 I really like this app but please can you add new places do FREE. And also I think there is a bug when I want to update this game I can’t I need to delete the game which all my progress and download it again. And can you make it so we can invite friends and play together.
Basically, the game has a lot of bugs and lags that make the game play impossible. All your items could vanish in a second, all your effort would be gone. Knowing the fact that this game is in market for quite a while, developers could have fixed it. This game deserves nothing more than 2 or 1 stars.
