Too expensive for turkey

It is a great app if you live in the USA or West EU countries. I was using it while I was in the US and it really got my attention but earning TL and paying 100₺+ for subscription is just robbery. Amazon is recently making progress in Turkey market. I hope, they would reformat their subscription payments and enable some of their services for Turkey such as Comixology and Prime Video. Otherwise, there won't be much to say about it rather than complaining about prices.

Superb acting with amazing cast that draws you in! Story line is also interesting but seemed a bit rushed. Highly recommended for short fun entertaining easy listening! Enjoy:)

Güzel kitaplar var. Seslendirme de fena değil. Fakat abonelik fiyatı çok uçuk. O kadar kitabı sınırlı sürede dinlemek biraz zor.

As a person who is struggling to find time to read book, I love the app. Now I can listen to them while walking to work.

I have ios 14.5. the app is freezing when I open to full screen. It only works when title is minimized. But there it does not start from where I left off and can t go forward. I can not reach the chapters nor pdf. In fact I can not use the app. It started to be annoying experience with audible. Great books do not mean much if you cannot listen

I am traveling to work every day for 35 minutes, each way. My car became my reading corner. Traffic jams no longer bother me. To be honest, sometimes I wish the jams are lasting longer:) Thanks Audible. Rifat.

Turkish language support

Hello Audible Staff, I love your app but I can’t listen the original books that is written bu Turkish authors. So can you please make an upgrade that supports Turkish language. Sincerely A book lover from Turkey

Türkiye’de bu uygulamayı indirmek ve kullanmak için App Store’a izin vermiş bulunmaktasınız. Uygulama açıklamanız Türkçe. Uygulamanız çok güzel. Buraya kadar her şey güzel. Ancak, fiyat çok pahalı. 142₺ aylık ücret. Hiç bi Amerikan uygulamanıza aylık 142$ vermez. Steam, Netflix, Spotify, Apple Music gibi bölgesel bazlı ücretlendime yapmadığınız müddetçe, bu coğrafyadaki bir çok kitapsever korsan yollarla sesli kitap indirecek. Bilginiz olsun. Aylık 15-25₺ ücretle vermek çok mu zor? Steam gibi bölgesel sınırlama koy, Türkiye dışında kimse indirip dinleyemesin. Bu ücretlendirme politakasıyla, torrent gibi bilimum korsan indirme yöntemlerine yenik düşeceksiniz. Kolay gelsin.

It should be cheaper for Turkey, like Netflix Spotify etc...

This is so expensive regarding currency difference in Turkey! 82tl a month isn’t something any student could afford for audio books :(

Für die Türkei ist dieser Preis absurd! Nicht einmal von Youtube oder Netflix werden derartige Preise angepriesen. Geht lieber raus aus diesem Markt anstatt Euch lächerlich zu machen.

Subscription fees are way too high for Turkey. We don’t earn in dollars, Amazon. There’s no way an American would pay $480/month for an audio book subsciption so why expect Turks to pay ₺480/month. Get a grip and do better!

Prices should be arranged separately one by one. Some countries inflation is huge some of under 5. Please prices should at least suitable for every country. Give example for myself, enter the app and many obstacles to subscription then quit and remove. Want to learn and improve ourselves must not be hard.

I hate this app. There are so many books that I have to pay for and they’re really expensive to. If I wanted to pay for the books I’m reading or listening to I would’ve gone to the library. If you want to buy this app, DO NOT.

Your pricing suggests it starts from 107 Turkish lira however when you try to buy subscription only available price is 369 Turkish lira it’s misleading

I just have been charged the maximum membership amount from my account without my knowledge or consent, even though my membership was on pause. And after contacting audible, they said, oops! It was a mistake, we refund u and ull get it back in 7-10 business days. Lack of accountability and the trouble they put me through, i need my money right now. Update after 10 days still no refund and the customer service is not speaking english apparently

My membership fee should be 137,99 as written on the app, how can you charge 700,00 tl from my card? This is clear example of fraud. What you are doing is outright theft!

The premium is very confusing to cancel, i cannot do it on the app and when i login on website it says i’m not subscribed??? most scammy amazon product ever

Lost all my credits that i paid for months after unsubscribing. This is a very shady business practice. I just needed a break from paying for another year to catch up spending my credits that built up. Now all of them are gone!

It tells almost nothing new, lacks a coherent narrative and its attempts at targeting Blizzard’s cultural problems sadly fall short of convincing facts and arguments.

Most of the time the app freezes and is useless

I’m new at this app and could not purchase or borrow anything from the library. All I understand is that I need to use my credits to listen audios however it will uploaded in the next month. So why bother to tryout the free plan for the first month if only I can listen 4 hours of some book that I was browsing in the Amazon website? I’m confused. I could not purchase credits as well although I wanted.

I can see how this book would inspire some people to take the first step, but it feels more like a coach pumping a team up before a big game, or a commander giving a battalion a speech before going into war. It lacks substance and practicality in the real world.

Did take my money without my permission even though doesn't support on country which I currently live. I couldn't find their e-mail adress to send an e-mail. Eventually, I found an e-mail adress and send them an e-mail about my complaint and nobody responded. Finally, I canceled my membership which I didn't want to be a member in the first place. I don't recommend it to anyone. And I'd like to get a refund.

Owned by a billion dollar company, expensive subscription, yet such a trash design that does not get any better with any of the updates. How much do you like your jobs, really?

Audible is an amazing application. The content pallet is huge and unbeatable. The pricing, not so much. It is 8 or 15 dollar plans are too expensive for a working class in Turkey. Spotify is about 18TRY Audible comes in at 66,31 TRY. Not even comparable. Huge difference that puts this amazing app at such disadvantage compared to its competitors.

I downloaded audible app on my iPhone, 1 month ago. I didn’t listen any book or anything. Today they sent a 15$ bill for my gold membership connected to my amazon account. I even didn’t release that I was I member and connected to amazon! So I tried to cancel my membership but it was only possible on desktop!!! I canceled my credit card and rejected the bill now. This is such a fraud and a very very bad user experience! I will never ever use audible again.

What good is Amazon’s audiobook app if I can’t buy an audiobook using it? What’s the difference from another audiobook app then?

Its a good program when it works properly. It gave me this turn to high quality download problem so I had to redownload he whole thing. And when I close the program while downloading everything gets lost! Everything! Why theres no pause button? The program has to be open all the time to download. Wtf
