The accuracy is genuinely impressive. Punctuation is handled naturally, and I no longer have to go back and fix every other sentence like I did with built-in dictation. One of the Best Privacy-Focused Apps I’ve Ever Used I’ve been using Whisper Notes for a while and gave it 5 stars because it’s genuinely one of the best local transcription apps I’ve tried. The interface is clean, intuitive, and everything feels reliable. I especially love that everything works completely offline, the Live Activity integration is great, and the overall experience is smooth and stable. One of my main use cases is keeping a personal voice journal. On difficult days, I can talk to myself for 30 minutes or even an hour, simply processing my thoughts out loud. Having all of that automatically transcribed locally on my device is incredibly valuable and has become part of my daily life. The Mac version is also excellent. Having access to more models, translation features, and the overall desktop workflow makes it a pleasure to use. That said, I have a few suggestions that I think would make an already fantastic app even better: * Please support proper dark icon customization for iOS. Right now the app icon stays pure black and stands out from the rest of the system icons when using Apple’s dark icon mode. * The ability to manually add titles to recordings would be incredibly useful. Right now, once you have many recordings, it becomes difficult to navigate through them based only on transcription previews. Even simple titles or manual numbering would make a huge difference. * A more compact list view would also help a lot. I’d rather see my own custom titles first instead of large transcription previews. * Optional iCloud sync would be amazing. I completely understand and appreciate the local-first philosophy, but giving users the choice to sync through iCloud would make the experience across iPhone and Mac so much better while still preserving privacy. Even if some recordings are large, I think iCloud can handle this use case well. * It would also be great to attach additional written notes to a recording, so users could add context or thoughts alongside the transcript. * AI-powered summaries could be incredibly useful as an optional feature. For example, the app could integrate with ChatGPT using the user’s own API key or another privacy-friendly approach, allowing one-click summaries, key insights, or action items from long recordings. * A Home Screen or Lock Screen widget for one-tap recording would also be extremely convenient. * I would also love to see an optional higher-quality recording mode. At the moment, when I listen back to recordings, the audio quality is noticeably lower than recordings made with Apple’s Voice Memos app. It’s still perfectly understandable and more than good enough for transcription, but having an optional lossless or very high-quality recording mode would be fantastic for users who want to preserve important memories or journal entries. I understand this would require more storage space, and I’d happily accept that trade-off. * One possible implementation would be to save the original recording in a lossless format while generating a separate compressed copy internally for transcription if needed. That could provide the best of both worlds without sacrificing usability. * Finally, while the current sounds are perfectly fine, a slightly more polished and satisfying sound design could make the app feel even more premium. Overall, this app is absolutely worth its price. It’s thoughtfully designed, reliable, privacy-respecting, and genuinely useful in everyday life. 这软件不知道怎么形容 尝试了日语和俄语，换模型自选语言等等，只成功一次，这使用逻辑也是，是要翻译成俄语还是俄语翻译，反正是一次付费的，支持一下不退款了，希望能有所进步，达到pc端的效果. 力有尽时 Version: 1.7.7
