Bilet alınamama sorunu By recommending Omio to my friends, I got at least 50 people in Turkey to download and use the app. My dream was to earn a free European ticket for myself. Today, I wanted to purchase a 70-euro ticket using the points I accumulated for a trip I plan to take in 3 days. The result was disappointing. Despite the points I had accumulated, it required a 1-euro charge to my card, but no matter how many times I tried (at least 30 times), it didn’t work. I’ve used this card for all my travels across Europe, and I can guarantee there is no issue with the card. The problem is that Omio doesn’t want me to use the points they gave me as a gift!! In summary, don’t waste your time inviting your friends and trying to accumulate points, because they won’t let you use them. I’ve been trying to get support from customer service for hours, but unfortunately, that’s also impossible. They say they’ve received my complaint and that they’ll respond via email, but no response so far. In summary, customer support is very weak, I never recommend using it from now on. Won’t refund a 6 hour delayed bus I don’t recommend Omio at all. We bought a bus ticket for 80€ per person and went to the station. There was nowhere any info about a delay, not on the app not on the station. We called and learned there will be a 4,5 hr delay which then increased to 6hrs. The operator of Omio said we can get a refund for 2hr+ delays. Then they said that we can’t because the ticket seems to be used but we did not use the bus. They cancelled ticket after they charged extra We unfortunately missed our train so we paid extra fees to change our ticket to next schedule train. They charged extra fees to change then they cancelled our ticket which has been told us by train company and also of course we couldn't travel. We have already been charged extra.
