Most commands are compiled for iOS native Arm64 format, making them fast and well integrated with the BSD Unix that powers iOS/iPadOS.
There are also multiple network utilities: nslookup, ping, whois, ifconfig... Type help for help, help -l to get the full list of commands.
a-Shell can be controlled from Shortcuts: run commands in order, process files in a-Shell, get the results as text or files, transfer files to other apps...
a-shell uses iOS 13+ “multiple windows” ability, so you can run multiple shells at the same time, with different commands, in different directories. You can edit a file in one window with vim and process it in the other with python.
Compile your C or C++ programs to webAssembly using clang or clang++, and execute the resulting binary. A complete webAssembly SDK is included (WASI-libc).
a-Shell is the complete version. If you need a smaller app, and you don't need a C compiler, a TeX engine, or numpy and matplotlib, there is a-Shell mini.

¿Cómo cancelo la suscripción de A-Shell?
Abre Ajustes en tu iPhone o iPad, toca tu Apple ID (tu nombre) en la parte superior, entra en Suscripciones, selecciona A-Shell en la lista y pulsa Cancelar suscripción. La cancelación se hace efectiva al final del periodo de facturación en curso; puedes seguir usando la app hasta que termine. Consulta la página oficial de Apple sobre la gestión de suscripciones para más detalles.
¿Cómo elimino la aplicación A-Shell?
Mantén pulsado el icono de A-Shell en la pantalla de inicio, elige Eliminar app y después Borrar app. Importante: si tienes una suscripción activa, no se cancela automáticamente al eliminar la app; primero debes cancelar la suscripción con los pasos anteriores.

This app really makes buying an iPad worth for me. It lets me edit and compile LaTeX documents. It provides a full TeX Live installation, with lualatex. Other apps out there make you pay for a disfunctional LaTeX fork. It has way more features but this is what I use the most.
Fantastic app plenty of tools ranging from SSH to connect to other sites to a complete Python ecosystem allowing pip installs. In addition you can export/import files. It's like having a console in your favourite distro.
This is a very good easy to use terminal application. Within seconds of installation I logged in to my home router, whistled through a couple of directories and ran commands. I can’t wait to explore the integration with Shortcuts. If you know basic command line you will use this easily as soon as it is installed. Can’t believe this is free, thank you sooooo much to the developers.
