Good app if you set it up correctly The app gives a good and detailed overview of the delivery. But you have to set it up once you get an out for delivery invitation. I tried before and it seemed not to connect to the backend systems. Tried again once I got an invitation by mail from fedex once the parcel was out for devivery and it worked like a dream. ER Horrible service in Norway, horrible app. You have to register as a user with full address, and it doesn’t support multiple adresses. During registration, the password confirmation field blocks password software and copy/paste, so you have to manually enter autogenerated passwords. Which is a super hassle when the minimum length is 12-25 letters. Clearly messed up by engineers instead of designed by UI/UX designers. No wonder it has 1 star.. Rakoczy Version: 7.29.0

English language on the phone If you have problem using the app in Norway as a business user (not able to do anything then logo )- the solution is to change language to English on your phone settings. Horrible app and delivery The delivery is slow and horrible, with little to no updates. They tried to deliver my package at 10 am on a tuesday?? Anyone with a job is not at home 10 in the morning, I also did not reveice any phone call from them asking if they should leave it outside. And I’ve been trying to change my delivery for 3 days. Appearantly delivery manager is «unavailable at this moment». Then they said I could pick it up at a facility but then appearantly I couldnt after all. Still waiting for my package. App not working with manual search It does not work when you try to track packages manually. Since this has been a problem for many months and several reports from different people, Fedex clearly does not care about the ease of use of its customers. Lies Fedx are impossible to get in touch with. Now they claim to have tryed to deliver my package. LIES I haven been home all day. No one answers a phone call as you have to have a customer nr. Can’t even create an account I thought I already had an account so I tried to log in. Its said password is wrong but redirected me to the homepage, there I tried to track my parcel and it said it required me to login, and since I have no account, I can’t do that.
