The fact that you made the most important features on this app not free anymore (paint and reshape) is so greedy. Now im gonna be ugly on ig bc of your update. you lost a loyal facetuner😒😔

The app used to be good, but since you guys updated the app, it’s been a horrible editing app. Almost every tool needs payment now, for example the reshape and paint tool, which used to be free. I think it’s crazy that we even have to pay for this app 😬

It can effect negatively on a person’s selflove, it’s enough of that on social media already. It can actually cause mental health problems, because the person who uses it can go too far (as many probably does) and start to mislike her/his own natural look and get addicted to get the fake look. Not even talking about the price, how much money you make on that. Let the people be who they are, and accept themself for how they look.

Liked the app before the update, now it is nearly useable

I used to use facetune 2 all the time but now you made everything useful not free anymore, this sucks, you lost another facetune user

Just use photoshop or any other app. This is trash. You cant use anything without paying a lot, i mean, A LOT! It would be great if you could use it for free, but not worth the money.

I think this this app is very bad. It’s not that the effects are bad or anything, but it’s the fact that you encourage people to try to change their looks instead of being happy with who they are. No one needs to change a photo to look “prettier”, everyone is beautiful the way they are! So I personally think that you never should have made this app☹️

They withdraw money from your account even though you have canceled subscription before free period is over

Like, to har the most basic functions of this app, you have to pay…

They use AI in everything, everything costs money, and they have deleted a bunch of features that were actually useful. I don’t WANT an AI video of my pictures, I just wanna blur my backgrounds without having to pay, like I could before! That feature doesn’t even exist anymore. AI slop.

This is not a free app😕It works but it coast.I picked a random picture and I closed the app and open aging and it dose not let you pick a new picture😕Maybe I’m wrong i tried 2 times it says it coast money.It says on google that it’s free…..Don’t download this app!😒

The fact that I have to pay a monthly/yearly subscription fee for an updated version of an app I made a one-time purchase for years ago is an absolute disgrace. Any attempt to download and open the old version of the app results in a prompt informing me that the old version is now defunct and to download the newer version instead. Lo and behold; now all of a sudden, I have to pay a subscription fee without the option to even purchase the whole app at once. Quite frankly, it feels like a scam; and Lightricks should be ashamed of themselves. Wish I would’ve been refunded my one-time purchase from all those years ago.

Was told it would give a notification a day before your free trial ends, but i never got it. Instead of it subscribing for a month, it subscribed for a year. Awful app.

Apparently they introduced a watermark so that on every photo that you facetune it will show that it was facetuned. Why?? I understand that you want to make money, but this is not the way to do it. This app is now dead to me, thanks.

They have started to push their subscriptions aggressively, making more and more functions only available to VIP. This alone makes one not want to give them a dime. It’s a shame, used to be a good app

Used to be good before they commercialised everything and put a watermark on the images for just adjusting the light and made everything premium. huge loss

They charged full amount from my card altough i was suposed to pay a certain amount each month. also when you edit photos a «film» is laid on top so it is verry obvious the photo had bern edited

Why tf is some of my favorite features «vip» now? Its so gready of you! And there is so many more apps that have those features for free that i will use, this is not a good look on you!

Suddenly you have to pay for every single thing and you can’t screenshot anything without “having to subscribe”, the new update is basically just an attempt to make more money. You can’t use the app now.

Deleted it. putting the reshape tool behind a paywall is making many of your loyal customers abandon the app, i hope the team acknowledges this.

It’s annoying that you guys are making us pay for more stuff now that was free before the new update. Literally all the stuff that I use for editing, like paint and reshape

It’s barely usable now, they have made the paint and reshape tool available only for vip users which is super expensive. I used to love Facetune because of what I could do on it but now there is not many features to use anymore

I love the resizing tool in this app as it’s the easiest picture manipulation tool on mobile. But it’s annoying that I have to pay for the tool now when it used to be free... The app used to at least have some free useful tools but now with every update you guys sneak in more and more payment for each tools. Almost everything needs payment or subscription. Wished you guys weren’t so money hungry.

Downloaded the app and deleted it. In a question of 5 minutes. Was surprised with a “subscription” which I didn’t authorize. Apple store asks for credit cards and debit cards detail of its users. Called apple and they said there’s a trial period you have to observe and you have to cancel the automatic subscription to something you may not want and are forced to get, in other words. This type of tricks cannot be tolerated. The only star was given just because we cannot leave the review without any. Cons! I WANT A REFUND!
