Our Loyalty Program consists of 3 levels:
- GREY: Welcome Reward after your first purchase (excluding counter products, shots and water). Your journey begins here.
- YELLOW: Order 15 items per year and level up to Joe Member status. Earn +10% more points on every purchase.
- PINK: Order 50 items per year and unlock exclusive rewards you won’t find anywhere else. Earn +20% more points, plus even more treats, surprise campaigns and more.

Room for improvement Like that you can reorder, however, you should be able to tick off more than one item to reorder. Now the first item you reorder will be cancelled if you reorder item nr. 2. Another thing is the reward system, I find it a bit difficult to keep up with the increases. Not sure I trust that it always adds the points Im promised and it also suck that I lost 14K points last time it reset. Would have like to see total and also be rewarded on totals. Valgfritt Jeg var på Joe & Juice Storo i dag tidlig. Jeg spurte et enkelt spørsmål om appen, og ble møtt med tidens ignorante oppførsel, hvor jeg fikk beskjed med en gang etter 2 sekunder at jeg måtte kontakte kundeservice. Unhygienic Can you please leave the App Pick up orders where it says «APP PICK UP»? That way, the customers don’t have to have everyone breathing over our drinks while they sit on the main cash desk area. The last time I ordered here at Bergen Airport, I had to throw away my overnight-oats because they had been sat on the desk where everyone leans over and orders their food. The food did not even have a lids on them. Nasty. This is not necessary at all. Just send someone out from behind the desk and place the app orders where they are meant to go.
