Great customer support I happened to forget to cancel my subscription. When I got back to my homecountry I had trouble accessing the app. But after a quick email conversation they managed to cancel the subscription for me. Great and helpful staff👏👏. Ida Sunde Versjon: 4.4.1

Litteraly a scam? Was not able to end my ride, due to the app bugging. Dragning whatever card you had attached to it. Customer support is just an AI bot. This is insane…. Bunnabubb Version: 4.12.1

Buggy Couldn’t end the ride even though the bike was clearly placed in the picture (tried multiple angles too) and well within a parking zone. After a few tries I got an error message that contained HTML code. Tried restarting the app and the ride was still running, and I still couldn’t end it. Tried reporting the issue, but all options required selecting a broken/defective part, which wasn’t relevant to my issue, and I couldn’t submit the report. Eventually I heard the bike locking itself, yet the app showed the ride as still running. Gave up and moved on, and when I checked the app later, the ride was finally gone.. Incredibly dangerous. The rear wheel locked up because my «balance was low», almost threw me off the bike. Than they had the gall to charge me for parking outside of permitted areas. Their money over my safety I guess. A9372846 Version: 3.54.1

I got charges months after leaving the country I used this in Italy months ago and I was charged now. What a scam! Edit: I can see several charges. They get rich from hooking up tourists and they make it impossible to cancel it.. Just a simole user Version: 4.2.0

Terrible for people who dont speak english I tried riding a bike but it just slowed completly down and kept giving me a warning in Italian (which was completly non-understandable) The battery was not empty and the bike stand was up, i was also riding in a “safe-zone” according to the map on the appso i couldnt understand What the warning was.. Helt ubrukelig Utrolig dårlig app, full av bugs og syklene fungerer ikke som de skal. Ble belastet 500 kr for å kjøre en feilparkert sykkel et par meter hvor gasspedalen var defekt. Kjører el-sparkesykkel hver dag og har aldri vært borti så mye bugs og problemer med andre aktører. Veldig synd at de fikk bevilgning fra Bergen kommune fremfor andre velfungerende apper.
