This was a game changer for me I was initially skeptical to use "yet another app" for something, but this really has helped my everyday life A LOT. Just being able to see if a colleague is at the office, where and when they sit today is absolutely magnificent. I also the map to check where the different meeting rooms are (my employer has this weird naming scheme so I never remember). Also, app updates are regular and contain actual improvements -- it's pretty apparent they actively work on it and it keeps getting better. Synchronization with Outlook isn't optional, I end up getting alerts both from Awaio and Outlook that a specific meeting room is upcoming, hence 4 stars. Otherwise, it's brilliant.. Close-to-impossible to use interface One could easily be mistaken to think that Awaios interface is designed to make it as difficult as possible for users to use the most basic functionaily. e.g. booking a worplace ahead of time, which is the most basic and most used functionality, is so complicated its easier to just stay at home..
