Amazing application I started training with Runna from mid November 2023. I started 10K plan with Runna when I could run 10K in one hour. Now after 7 weeks of training, I can easily run 10K in 49 minutes that is unbelievable. I got very good support from the application and coaches and have learnt many things about running including training methods, and nutrition. I really enjoy training with Runna as it provides me with various training programs such as long run, intervals, tempo and easy runs. In addition, I can have strength training for running or a general strength training plan. I do recommend Runna. That is amazing application for runners who wants to improve their running.. Greates fitness app I’ve tried Half-way through my running plan I can honestly say this has been the best fitness app experience so far, and I’ve tried lots of them. Same goes for the AI feedback. Not an inclusive app I really wanted to like this app because it’s marketed as a tool to help people become better runners. But during the initial setup, when you’re asked to input your current running time, the app doesn’t even support many slower paces. What if you’re just starting out? What if you’re working your way up from a very basic level? It’s frustrating that an app designed to help you improve seems to exclude those who aren’t already at a certain fitness level. It sends the wrong message to beginners and makes the app feel unwelcoming. If this app truly aims to support growth and progress, it should meet users where they are, regardless of how fast they currently run. Not for iwatch I tried the free plan “Return to running”. I quite liked the app and the plan is nice and easy and doable. motivated me out the door several times. Unfortunately, halfway through the plan it started to snag when connecting to iwatch, took forever or several restarts to connect. After the last update, connecting to iwatch is no longer an option, you can only use it on the phone. Seems odd for a running app to remove this function. The subscription prices are expensive.. Lina Great program. But dont buy this if you are running on a treadmill and need to calibrate after each workout. The app gets the wrong information and suggest to me now zone 2 intervalls. I run 2kmh faster then the app tells me to even hit zone 3 in the intervalls, and runna still makes adjustments to my plan so its not «too hard». ADJUSTMENTS SHOULD BE OPTIONAL, NOT FORCED.. Great concept, frustrating execution (Apple Watch users beware) I really want to like Runna. I love having a structured plan for my running, and this app looked like the perfect fit. Left to my own routines, I end up running the same pace on the same routes over and over, so having someone guide me is incredibly helpful. I also really appreciate that Runna has a standalone Apple Watch app—since I only run with my watch and AirPods, that was a huge plus. But the actual experience on Apple Watch is… disappointing. First, the on-screen information during runs is minimal, and I can’t use the Digital Crown to rate the effort level after a session. That’s annoying, but not the biggest issue. The real problem is the overwhelming voice feedback. It’s constant. I get told I’m going too fast, too slow, or on pace every few seconds. It completely breaks the flow of the run, makes listening to podcasts impossible, and turns music into background noise behind a robotic drill sergeant. It genuinely feels like the app was built by someone who’s never run outside—because pace naturally varies with terrain. If I’m going downhill, of course I’ll be a bit faster. If I’m climbing a hill, of course I’ll be slower. But that doesn’t mean I’m off plan overall. My average pace might be spot-on. Ironically, the only way I’ve found to reduce the nagging is to run faster than the plan suggests—so now I’m actively sabotaging my own training just to quiet the app. What I’d actually love is summary feedback at regular intervals, like every kilometer or every 500 meters. That would give me helpful insights without constantly interrupting my run. And if the developers insist on real-time feedback, at least give us the option to switch to haptic feedback only instead of voice. Right now, I’m a paying customer, but unless this gets addressed soon, I’ll likely just go back to planning my runs using ChatGPT and my calendar. This app has so much potential—but the current Watch experience is genuinely ruining what could be a fantastic tool.. Henrikaos91 Version: 7.19.0
