Great customer service I bought a Holafly eSIM for a trip to Zambia, but unfortunately got no connection due to limited network coverage in the region, which wasn’t Holafly’s fault. Their customer support team was fantastic, prompt, friendly, and thorough in troubleshooting, and they processed my refund request quickly with no fuss. Bad reception and integrity I have ordered eSIMs for Switzerland on multiple occasions and they have barely ever performed the way it’s advertised. I’ve gone multiple days without propper reception and have had hours talking to customer support. When you file a complaint for compensation, they will ghost you (it seems like multiple people have experienced this). The customer support (when you finally reach them after talking with a bot for half an hour) are mostly helpful, which is their only redeeming quality. Instead of ordering from Holafly, I would advise searching up the local network companies and order from them as the price is often the same or better and you actually won’t have any problems with connection on your trip.. Mostafa I was scammed by them. I bought two eSims (one for me and one for my wife - as we always do when we travel). My wife’s eSim began working after some while, but mine wouldn’t activate - saying the sim is invalid (first time I’ve ever encountered such a problem) I tried getting in touch with their customer service team, and was told that I would be forwarded to technical support. I was then blocked and can’t get in touch with them anymore. They never reached out to me. I would use another service and save myself the hassle of having to deal with them.. Vaffel Styr unna. Var først i Fillipinene med Holafly. Hadde kun dekning i større tettsteder. De jeg reiste med hadde dekning nesten hele tiden. Byttet til Klook etterhvert. Da hadde jeg ikke bare vesentlig bedre dekning, men også bedre hastigheter. Så dro jeg til Kina i Beijing. Klook kunne ikke tilby e-sim der, så da falt valget på Holafly. Hadde dekning ca 2% av tiden i Beijing. Der og byttet jeg til noe annet (Fra Alipay, vet ikke hva) og da fikk jeg full dekning overalt, for en mye billigere penge. 2 stjerner fordi det var enkelt å sette opp. 0 av 5 stjerner for dekning.
