Skylagring Jeg har brukt Dropbox privat i ca 15 år og er meget fornøyd. Jeg er dessuten medlem i et folkemusikklag som også brukte Dropbox, men som byttet til Google sin skylagring. Almost perfect I use Dropbox daily for work, hobby, important documents, reading, organizing, budgets and almost everything. I make music and are a session player for others and the ability for Dropbox to cycle through the songs in a folder automaticly would be great. Slow upload Upload speeds are the worst! Takes forever to backup my camera roll. Another cloud service I use only take a fraction of the time. Dropbox downgraded my account even though my subscription is active Dropbox has randomly downgraded my account even though my subscription is active and all bills are paid and up-to-date. Because my account was downgraded, I have lost access to customer service. I have been a customer of Dropbox for over 10 years and something like this has never happened to me before. I can’t access support for a billing issue because of Dropbox’s error? How is this possible? I reached out to Dropbox Sales as this was the only email I could find and after a day, I received an automated response directing me to the Dropbox website sending me an endless loop unable to get assistance. This goes against all European Union regulations and I will be filing a complaint with Consumer Rights and Complaints at the European Commission. Robbery Dropbox' business model should be illegal. Why, in the name of everything that is holy, does a folder that is simply shared with me count towards my own storage limit? You do realize what a non-starter that is in so many regards? The storage is already being paid for by the folder owner. It's embarrassing, and makes the app useless when compared to competitors. Dropbox and ipad I am using dropbox to travel with my photos. Works ok.. what doesnt work at all is to upload from dropbox to web.. if i want to upload a photo from dropbox to a website, i first have to save the photo to my ipad and then upload to web.. it is ok if it is one photo, somtimes i need to upload 50-60 photos.. hopelessly time consuming.. please fix👍. Bad and disappointing app Dropbox has had so many years to work on this app and fine tune it, and I’ve been a subscriber for 10 years. I’m sure many people use it for archiving photos, like me. Unfortunately the app has remained the same for many years and the photo functionality is SO basic that it’s almost embarrassing! And to make it worse, the app crashes after swiping through 4 to 5 photos on a 2022 iPad Air. I’m cancelling my subscription now and will move to another service. Good luck with your cash cow..
