Good - as long as you are on line The newspaper is great. The app is mostly great. But the one feature that makes the app stand out over the web version is off line reading. And, on the iPhone at least, that is horrendously unstable. Download all sections, turn on flight mode, turn off data roaming and, well, nothing. It just doesn’t work.
