Biggest nonsense ever. You cant add any goods right after payement, otherwise you will have to pay shipping cost. Sellers have posibility not to send goods in 10 days, and money are refunded. But it happens without any note. And if you got great offer, then after refund you have to waste your time again to find something simmilar. In Norway we have a agreement where the shop collects the VAT, and AliExpress are collecting the VAT, but do not pay it to the custom! And not are responding to a dispute, just saying they are..
