Great app but I know the app it’s intuitive and everything, but I have some problems with ending order drivers. I received a error message that shows enable to add due to account not compatible. Support will be ended soon. It’s says. But couple of years ago other people had the same problem. Please allow the possibility to send “open” signal to Frunk, even though it is already open. I have a Power Frunk kit installed in my Model Y. Before this I didn’t really use the Frunk, being afraid to damage the hood when closing. Until just a couple of weeks ago, I could easily open and close this from the app, as it would send the “open” signal even if the Frunk was already open. This is no longer possible. Please re-add this possibility to the app, even just as a setting. At the moment it’s really only the Frunk emergency button and the Tesla screen that will close the Frunk again. Update: Seems like pushing the Frunk picture (when seeing the car top-down) now works again! But the small Frunk icon/shortcut still doesn’t resend the open signal. Charge Stats They don’t seem to take into account all the kJ used for the battery and cabin preconditioning. There should be a toggle switch allowing for the on/off to include/ exclude this energy consumption in the overall stats and ICE comparisons. It would also help me survey/ check on my electricity provider who often claims the discrepancies between consumption according to Tesla stats and what they have is due to those aspects described above. Open all doors button Can we pls add a button or something to choose which door to open? This should be a must-have feature in the Nordic countries because with the cold and snow all doors are often blocked. Having the possibility to open only the driver door is not enough when you have 4 passengers… especially if you have kids then the back doors button are blocked (child safety) so you can’t even open from the inside if don’t disable the child safety. I want an Apple Watch app! The Tesla app for iPhone is great. Now, I would love to see that functionality ported over to the Apple Watch too:) Another thing I would love to see change is how the Apple Watch can’t connect to my Tesla via Bluetooth. Slow, unresponsive and buggy Given the technologically advanced Tesla cars, this app is surprisingly slow, unresponsive and buggy. The app crashes often. Things you click doesn’t respond. Every time you try to pre-heat the car in the morning by starting the climate system from the app, you have to click 2-3 times before it really starts. It starts, then turns off, click start again, then it turns off again etc. It also by default start the pre-heat with the right seat warmer halfway on and the driver full on. And it doesn’t respond when you try to turn off. The next time it might start with the steering wheel heat full on, the driver seat halfway on and the right seat halfway on. And so it goes…. Location subtext missing for my 2017 Ho, the subtext with the current Location on the main activity screen is missing the current location for my older 2017 model S, but is still present for my 2019 and 2024 model 3’s. It used to be available for the 2017, so I’m sure it’s just an oversight and not that you’ve started removing features for older cars. Could we please fix that and get it vack? Thanks. Latest version buggy Difficulties activating/deactivating sentry mode, takes long time to communicate with car. It’s usually been very good, so hope you can sort this. Disabling the radar I paid for, I rarely use autopilot or even cruise control anymore because of poor reliability and forced wiper mode. Now app is getting useless. The list goes on and on, sigh.
