Sneaky! I decided to try Nibble with the 30-day free trial. The app itself works well, but I realized it wasn't something I would use regularly, so I canceled my subscription before the trial ended. However, I was surprised to see a $19.99 charge the following month. After checking the app, I saw that my cancellation was confirmed, so I reached out to customer support. They explained that when I signed up, I had also agreed to a separate service called Infographics Bestsellers—something I wasn't aware of. I asked for more details and found out that this service was buried in the web version of Nibble under Settings > Subscriptions. It's basically a collection of posters with life advice, which I definitely don't want to pay $19.99 a month for. While customer service was polite and helpful, I still had to pay for a month of a service I never intended to use. This hidden subscription tactic felt deceptive, and it left me feeling misled.. Seems interesting for complete beginners within a subject sadly it’s behind a paywall 27 questions to answer before even trying the app to categorize myself as a learner. Maybe give the option later? Then I can’t do anything in the app cause of paywall. And when I try to look around for something that is available I can’t try before I’ve subscribed. After subscribing I’m met with an AD! Can you please give the user a feel for how the app works before finding out what type of learner and then forcing them through the paywall? And maybe test the knowledge of the user? Or ask what level they’re on? The questions and information was mostly useless and I aced the questions cause of the low level. One of the 27 questions should have been the level of knowledge..
