Often technical issues, they give you a lot of resources, then blame it on technicalities and take it all back. They give no meaningfull apology or compensation for the mistakes the game do to it’s players. The entire game is designed to make you as a player addicted, and want to spend money. But you never really achieve anything. And eventually the game become so slow it is meaningless to continue.

The game is so stupidly unbalanced that all it takes is one player who spends an insane amount of money on it to ruin the experience for hundreds. Im in season 4 now and i just dont want to play it anymore as you cant be competetive even with like 30 people VS a single whale. Its a pointless experience unless you have stupidly deep wallets or a spending problem

The advertised gameplay is just a sidequest in the main game. And it is not very good executed. Rest of the game is a travian clone. With 90% pay to win elements. Best part was this «save this ai-generated girl before 24 hours», but when 24h was up, nothing happened. An she was still resqued with enough parts were collected. Stay away.

The costumer service is absolutely useless. Players are allowed to behave and write whatever they want. Bullying, harassment and treats gets zero consequence. They only want your money and don’t care at all if you report unacceptable behavior. Sad to se so many nice and friendly players quit because of their lack of action on very serious treats and disgusting messages. I’m so disappointed and would delete it myself if it wasn’t for some of the friends I have made, and the huge amount of money I won’t get back.

I played this game for a long time and spent money on it. Due to certain reasons, I requested a refund for three purchases through the App Store. Apple approved the refund, but after that, my game account was completely blocked. I contacted support and offered a fair solution: either roll back my account to its state from a month ago or remove all the benefits from the refunded purchases. This is a common practice in many games. Instead, I was told I have to pay again or lose access permanently. That feels more like blackmail than fair treatment of a loyal player. I’m sad to lose my progress, but it’s even worse to lose respect for a game I once enjoyed. If nothing changes, I’ll delete the game and stop recommending it to anyone.
