Higuys So I personally love shein. The clothes are very good quality for a cheap price, so it’s a fantastic app. BUT something that annoys me is literally the pictures of the products. For example, the clothing. There’s no inclusivity in these pictures. Like the product is very beautiful but I can’t be sure if it’s going to look good on me, because I don’t have the perfect body like these women on the pictures. Complicated return policies I have never returned a purchase to SHEIN but one time i NEEDED to return a purchase because the products material was cheap and caused allergic reactions. I simply couldn’t return the parcel because I was deboned a return QR code or label because Norway is exempt from the benefits of free shipping for the first returns. My return shipping cost was the same as the cost for the purchase. I tried to talk to customer service support in the app, but the answer was still the same. I needed to ship the parcel myself.
