Great - but missing a key feature We recently got the Dyson Cool Link Tower. The app is a great companion, and the tower is easy to move around the house. Great monitoring the air quality, and being able to see when we should change the filter. The only thing I think is missing is the opportunity to set a desired temperature. This is the only thing I feel is missing, and maybe there is a way to add that in future updates?. Mnord86 Versjon: 3.4

Firmware update on HP02 The Dyson Pure Hot+Cool heats at around 1500-2000 watts at all times when the heating is active. When the set temperature is reached the heating turns off, until the room temp falls one degree under the set temperature. This creates a variable, unreliable room temperature of -1 to +1 degree. Please update the firmware so that for example: •The set temp is 23. Room temp 20. The fan heats at full 2000 watts. •The set temp is 23. Room temp 22,9. Dyson vifte Appen fungerer aldeles utmerket. Men den tok god ! ! tid på å koble seg opp til viften på første tlf’n jeg la den inn på. Vær tålmodig da. På den andre iPhonen og iPad’n gikk det veldig enkelt. Har appen både på iPad & 2 iPhone’r. Enklere å bruke app’n enn fjernkontrollen som fulgte med. Eneste, en må ha et 2,4 GHz wifi. På sitt beste er appen ekstremt ustabil Tilkoblingen til viften tar veldig lang tid men når en prøver å bruke appen som fjernkontroll så er det mest sannsynlig at etter du har gitt viften en kommando at du vil få feilmelding om at de ikke har kontakt. Interface on the app and Dyson purifier humidifier screen Interface is intuitive and visually appealing. What I don’t like is that you can’t necessarily control things, like for example humidity. The interval is 10%. That is unacceptable. 5% I could live with. Also display on the purifier itself shows what you have set but not the actual humidity. Ok but can be improved.. Dårlig Appen er helt OK i bruk men veldig nedlåst. Men nå har jeg kjøpt meg ny telefon får jeg ikke logget meg på appen med den nye telefonen. Sier den ikke kjenner igjen min e-post adresse. Bra app, men klarer ikke å finne by/sted God, enkel og brukervennlig app. Mange gode muligheter for å tilpasse maskinen og lett å finne informasjon. Appen greier dessverre ikke å finne by/sted. Har forsøkt flere hovedsteder og byer, men den klarer ikke å søke. Den er koblet til WiFi og står bare noen meter fra router. Har forsøkt å resette maskinen og koble til appen på nytt, men problemet vedvarer. Appen får 3/5 stjerner, men ville gitt 5/5 hvis den virket optimalt.. Rohland85 Version: 4.4.19260

Dårlig effekt. Apparatet klarer ikke gi nok fuktighet til en stue på 40.kvm. Dyson sier vel at den er testet i rom på 80.kvm, dette kan ikke stemme nå maskinen knapt klarer å oppnå 32% luftfuktighet i rommet. Rensing av luften er nok helt grei men ikke noe mer enn der. Bad Costumer Service I bought a remote control and paid it. it says in their website that 3-5 days delivery but its 21 days already and i got nothing. I send email to their costumer service they give me tracking number but no explanation which tracking is that. I tried in Posten and it didnt work. I try to contact them by WhatsApp but it takes time to answer you. No spare filter available until now. Its 3 months that i keep checking to order but still nothing. Works only on hotspot After hours of trying and searching there seem to be a problem with the firmware. It only connects to hotspot in your mobile. Some people got it worked after updatig via hotspot, but no luck for me. Now I manage to make it connect for a few seconds via 5 GHz Wi-Fi couple times a day, but most of the time it stays in reconnecting mode, never know when it will connect. Since you can’t really do anything without staying connected, the app is pretty much useless for me. Never had this problem with any other devices. Sad this is an issue, because the purifier works quite well. Edit: Helped to modernize the router and with strong signal on the 5GHz it works, but still had troubles to connect it again, a lot of reseting and restarting.. Patyron Version: 4.6.20280
