Uygulamayı 2 aydır kullanıyorum ve çok memnun kaldım. Diğer VPN uygulamalarına göre çok ucuz. Ben satın aldığımda 2 yıllık süre için 340₺ ödedim. En yakın muadili bu fiyatın iki katı fiyatından da fazlaydı. Aynı anda sınırsız sayıda cihazda kullanıkabiliniyor. Ben aynı anda 6 farklı cihazda sorunsuz kullandım. Diğerlerinde kullanımlar 3-5 cihaz ile sınırlı. Hız olarak 100Mbit fiber bağlantılı sabit hattımda VPN olmadan 93,2 Mbps download ve 4,8Mps upload yapabiliyorken VPN ile 84,7 Mbps download ve 3,77 Mps upload yapabiliyorum. Beklediğimden çok fazla hızlı. Şu ana kadar bir kez sorun yaşadım ve o da macOS üzerinde benim yanlış ayar yapıp yanlış protokol seçmemle ilişkiliydi. Müşteri hizmetleri yetkilileri web sitesi üzerinden 1 dakika bile geçmeden yardımcı oldular. Ayrıca e-mail ile iletişime geçtiğimde 1 saatten kısa bir sürede iletişime geçtiler. Kesinlikle satın almanızı tavsiye ediyorum. Fazlasıyla Memnun kalacaksınız. I have been using the application for 2 months and I am very satisfied. It is very cheap compared to other VPN apps. When I bought it, I paid 340₺ for 2 years. Its closest equivalent was more than twice the price of this price. It can be used on unlimited number of devices at the same time. I used it on 6 different devices at the same time without any problems. In others, use is limited to 3-5 devices. While I can download 93.2 Mbps and upload 4.8Mps without VPN on my fixed line with 100Mbit fiber connection, I can upload 84.7 Mbps and 3.77 Mps with VPN. Way too fast than I expected. I've had a problem once so far, and it was related to me setting up and selecting the wrong protocol on macOS. Customer service representatives helped me in less than 1 minute on the website. In addition, when I contacted by e-mail, they replied back in less than 1 hour. I strongly recommend you to buy it. You will be more than satisfied.

I have used at least 10 different VPN so far, surfshark seems that one of the best service I have ever encountered. It even works with Apple TV with so basic settings. The country where I am blocks the OpenVPN ports, but with surfshark I am able to connect the VPN with OpenVPN (I dunno how they do it) It is awesome service... Keep it up

Surfshark has been working swiftly until a few days ago when suddenly it stopped working with Turkcell superonline ISP. I hope this gets solved soon since surfshark is my favorite VPN and I’d like to stay a subscriber. Please let us be know how to bypass ISP VPN blocks. Thanks!

Türkiye de çalışmıyor , destek sayfasını bile yüklemiyor

I’ve purchased for a year just to connect to Turkey. It worked well for the first 2-3 weeks, then it stopped working. I wasted 2 hours trying to explain to the call center that I’m not the issue; the server is down. During these 2 hours, they kept sending me troubleshooting documents, even though I told them several times that I use it on two devices and can connect to most servers except for one specific country. Anyway, I got it working for another 2-3 days, but then it stopped again and not working still now..

I bought 2 years membership with them. It worked fine for few months then I was shocked that all their ips was leaked online as a vpn ip and I even got a problem because of that at my work. I asked them many times to provide me with a dedicated ip for a fee and I said them I can pay what you want for it but they never want to make my request and they only want to sell the few locations that they have. This vpn ips is really leaked all over the internet as a vpn ips which lead into big problems for businesses therefore avoid them and use another vpn.

Surfshark has still failed to get this VPN app working in Turkey. All they’ll tell you is that you should use a manual connection method. But it should be expected from the app to do the thing dynamically.

Why did you delete Turkiye on this app? That’s i was using this service. I want refund

We live in Turkey and 2 major earthquakes hit southeast of Turkey. While we were using every possible channel to call the volunteers and emergency services for rescue, twitter was the most helpful for communication. Turkish government restricted access to twitter and my wife and I saw they offer free trial for vpn so we dowloaded the app.while digging the rubbles, they charged us the yearly plan right away although they promise a 7 day free trial. When I confronted the customer service, they told me it was an accident. Right when we need the money the most. If you don’t want to be charged accidentally, don’t use this app.

I bought a 6-month subscription. There was no trial period. This VPN doesn't work in my region. I immediately canceled the subscription and deleted the app. I filed a claim for a refund. It's been a week, and no one has returned my money!!! Neither the app nor App Store support sees grounds for a refund! I don't use this app because it doesn't work!! This is the first time I've encountered this in the App Store!!!

When my subscription finished I resubscribed and it did not work I thought that something with the payment but payment was completed successfully, I did the payment second time then it worked I payed twice and 2 subscriptions listed in my list , but this is not a big deal , my business depends on the dedicated IP and they are not able to process any of my payments , I even found the error on their side from the dev console and reported , I asked them at least to provide me free dedicated VPN before the issue will be resolved , but nothing , only robot like responses from the person , no email message , no case number , client is nothing for them , I do not recommend

Connecting from app just doesn’t work. The only way I managed to make it work is by using OpenVPN. But in order to use it, u have to download files from Surfshark website, which doesn’t open without vpn. And girder about customer support, it doesn’t exist - all u have is q&a. Even after that I was thinking about renewing my subscription, but couldn’t use vpn as always did - every connection just kept failing and I gave up. Find another solution, don’t be me.

Surfshark doesn't work in Azerbaijan. Tried on PC and phone, but no luck. Can't access their site for help or refund requests. Disappointed with the app; can't even get a refund after buying a two-year subscription. Other VPNs work better, so Surfshark gets a 1/10.

The free trial worked fine, after that I was charged for one month, but the app didn’t let me turn on the vpn, it just kept saying renew your subscription, and the only choice was for one whole year! I want a refund
