At this point, it feels like my package has been lost in Temu’s system, and I am left with neither my products nor my money. This situation has caused me serious stress and financial loss. I request Temu to either: 1. Provide clear proof that my returned package/items were not received, OR 2. Refund me the full amount of the missing items immediately. If this issue is not resolved, I will consider this fraudulent behavior and escalate the matter further.

Everything is great, the app works fine and I really like it. But there’s one issue — it’s impossible to buy just one specific item. For example, if I want to buy a T-shirt for 10 or 19 manats, I still have to make a minimum purchase of 30 manats. Because of that, I end up buying extra things I don’t need. It would be much better if we could purchase items for any amount directly. You could just add a small service fee, like 2 manats or 1 dollar, for delivery or processing — that would make it much more convenient.

Dear Temu Support Team, I would like to file a complaint regarding the games and reward campaigns offered in your application. At the beginning, the progress percentage in the games increases normally (around 10%), but as I get closer to the end, the progress suddenly slows down to as little as 0.1%. This makes it almost impossible to actually win the promised rewards. Such campaigns do not appear fair or transparent and give users false hopes, causing them to waste time without any real chance of receiving the prize. I kindly ask you to review this issue and ensure that the reward campaigns are conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

I cannot see clear delivery status as they update it very lately, sometimes they forget to update 3-4 stages, so you see that your parcel status keeps unchanged for several days, and than 3-5 steps change in one day. No support works properly: they don’t have any support live chat, they only have short contact number and once you try to call them you run out of funds on phone balance and still you are 10-15th on line to reach them by call. To make long story short, Temu chooses this partner without considering customer satisfaction!

I returned all my items to Temu’s official drop-off warehouse exactly according to the rules. The warehouse staff inspected every package in front of me, weighed the entire return, confirmed completeness, printed a barcode, and told me everything was approved. This interaction was recorded on the warehouse cameras. However, Temu later reported: – most items “were not received,” – some items “had no barcode,” – others were “incorrectly packaged,” – and only a few were refunded after multiple claims. These statements entirely contradict what the warehouse verified during handover. Even worse, every escalation ticket ended with a copy-paste response, without any actual investigation or footage review. Some tickets were even closed without resolution. This pattern raises serious operational concerns: • How do warehouse-verified items later disappear from the system? • Why are claim reviews done without checking warehouse footage? • Why is escalation handled by repeating the same message instead of conducting an actual audit? • How can customers trust a return process where the warehouse confirmation becomes meaningless afterward? As a consumer, I am formally requesting: A full internal audit by Temu’s Legal & Compliance team, including: • Review of the warehouse camera footage for my return, • Verification of the warehouse intake process, • Investigation of misreported items, • Immediate correction or restitution of the non-refunded items. I am not asking for anything extraordinary — only for Temu to take responsibility for items that were confirmed and accepted by its own warehouse staff. Ignoring a case like this damages customer trust and raises compliance concerns that should be taken seriously. I expect Temu’s Legal & Compliance department to respond and address this matter properly.

I stopped using this trading platform because it is full of scammers and fraudsters. First, they list a product with a discount, and once they collect the necessary amount of money, they change the product photo and details to something cheap or a toy. When the item arrives almost a month later, you receive something completely different from what you originally purchased.

I ordered a parcel through Temu. According to the tracking system, the shipping company marked the order as “delivered”, however I never received it. I tried to resolve the issue and contacted Temu support for over a month. Temu refused to help and failed to provide any proof of delivery (no signature, no photo, no delivery confirmation documents). Their only response was that if the shipping company marked the parcel as delivered, they will not issue a refund. Temu completely shifts responsibility to the carrier and leaves the customer without any protection or way to prove that the order was not received. I lost both the money and the order. Extremely disappointing experience. I do not recommend Temu.

No home delivery if I have listed my home address for delivery. I should note that my address is in the city center. Calls to the mentioned numbers are never received. Emails are not viewed. Support only has chatbot service. The order that came to Baku from China within 15 days has not been delivered to me within Baku for 15 days. I do not recommend it at all.
