Hello, first i can say that there is no bug report via app. it’s not a good point. at the moment i have found 2 bugs but i can’t report them within app. that would be good if there is a bug report option in application. also i would like to explain which bugs i have found. First: Clear All Messages Bug well when you try to delete all messages in any group it deletes all messages but when you try to switch chat i mean go back and try to click another chat it automatically crashes and whatsapp closes itself. again you open the application you see that the messages which you deleted haven’t deleted. after crash it doesn’t clear messages Second: Privacy bug in this bug when you go settings and click on privacy then we will see many categories there about privacy but when we click About or any section there and when you try to go back it goes back but you can’t click other options. like i clicked my bio’s privacy in privacy settings when u try to go back and select it doesn’t let me use another option. i have to restart app. after restarting app we don’t meet with this bug. but if we do same things we will meet with this bug again. Please WhatsApp team take a look to this comment i hope this comment will help.

The Solution: Allow users to have a unique "Display Name" that is visible only within a specific group. This should not affect their global profile name. Proposed Functionality: 1. Custom Aliases: Allow setting a unique name for a specific group. • Example 1 (Neighborhood Group): "John Doe (Apt 15, Building B)" • Example 2 (Car Enthusiast Club): "Mike (BMW M5 - Plate 99-AA-999)" 2. Admin Controls: Add a permission setting for Group Admins: • "Who can change group nicknames?" -> Options: "Admins Only" or "All Participants". 3. Visibility: These nicknames should only appear inside that specific group chat and member list. This feature would allow users to identify each other correctly without needing to save hundreds of strangers to their personal phone contacts just to add a note about who they are. Hello, Updates are released from time to time, and we install these updates. In the previous update, it was possible to listen to voice messages through the earpiece. However, with the latest update, the previous issue has returned. Hi. Mine is an Iphone XS Max, and after the recent update WP doesn't work properly. 1. When I record and send a voicemail it doesn't reach the receiver most of the time. I get to write and make sure whether the reciever got the voice recording or not.- waste of time. 2. When I forward old recordings to someone, the receiver cannot download and it keeps saying there is a problem with the file. 3. When I get a video it keeps try again or switch the mobile data or ask the sender resend blah blah.. 4. And really there are a lot more than that.. Thank you for the recent 2x audio mode, that's reaally really useful, but after its update came, it messed up all WhatsApp parameters. Please, fix it ASAP. These issues again wastes the time we save while listening the audios 2X 😶

My phone is iphone 11. Today my whatsapp didn’t open. And it suddenly happened. When I touch app, everywhere is dark. After a while it says couldn’t open whatsapp, Whatsapp is unable to open. I receive the notifications but i cant open it. I mean whaat ?? I did nothing, my other apps, telegram and etc. open but whatsapp doesn’t open. Please fixxx ittt. Before I like to use ‎WhatsApp and I actually like to use it now as well but now I can’t send voice messages can’t see statuses and my camera isn’t working as well it tells me that I should change the settings and put on the Camera contacts and voice on want to go to the settings though I don’t see that. Dear, developers it has been for a long time that, I can not deal story sharing via mobile data. Via wifi it works great, via mobile data story sharing just was going to be messed up. Hi laterly I feel strange when I use whatsapp. When I want to write somebody I tap on person but the one next to that person’s chat opens. Then I look up and see that there are gap between chats(contacts) when you swipe it becames normal, but then it happens again every time when I come back to whatsapp(( Its same with both my iphone 12 pro and 7.

When I play WhatsApp voice messages and hold the phone to my ear, the screen turns off but the audio does not switch to the ear speaker – it still plays through the loudspeaker. This issue only happens in WhatsApp. In Telegram, voice messages work correctly – the screen turns off and audio switches to the ear speaker. My sensor is clean and my case does not cover it. Hello. The biggest problem on WhatsApp right now is that I appear online while I’m talking on the phone. This issue didn’t happen before — I used to stay offline during calls. Now, the longer I talk, the longer I stay shown as online. I would really like this bug to be fixed.

Idk its an update or what, starting from today I can’t see any of my contacts online, and the same for them. It looks really creepy receiving messages suddenly not knowing is there anyone or not. So I hope this issue will be solved asap and whatsapp will get back to normal.

The newest update is quite annoying. I can’t see if my interlocutor is online or not. Can’t control if i should stop typing to not to interrupt her (his) answer. “Online” created the appearance of presence. Now like u r talking with emptiness and it’s really annoying. Please, just reestablish the Online function at least.

When opening the sticker section in the keyboard and then closing it, the keyboard shifts upward, causing the close button (keyboard dismiss icon) to appear slightly above its proper position at the bottom of the screen. This results in an unnecessary gap and disrupts the normal alignment of the keyboard, which is inconvenient during use.

Please add an option where a user may have a choice to receive messages only. A function in which a user can decide whether he wants to receive calls or he wants to receive messages only. Thanks 😎

Whenever I’m deleting a particular message from a chat, the chat doesn’t set chronologically but it stuck where it was before and also its not going back for date wise

No doubt, this app is the best communication app ever but I have a few update suggestions. Like Facebook and Instagram, I’d like Whatsapp to have a reaction option for the messages. I mean by double tap or press we should be able to put like/dislike, emotions, icons, emojis etc to the messages

When i am replying wp during lock screen sometimes the app getting freeze and i cant do anything. After 30 seconds phone rebooting, like like fist time opening. Plese help about fixing thiss issue. At the end i like this app and recommen. Best regards

Every time before the update, there is a problem with the message notification. You cannot know that there is a new message without entering the app. Problem still not solved

After recent update, there has been issue relating notification sent to counterpart after my listening to his/her voice message.

After last update my whatsapp notifications don’t show on screen and there is no sound.

After updating the whatsapp if you call some one and you disconnect the call whatsapp still ringing the background and you have to hard close the app for that.

I am using whatsapp for many years and about a month I have very uncomfortable issue. Firstly the app itself after a usage for more or less 40 minutes it crashhes and the worth thing is that it doesn't save anything like for example I am in a chat with someone, I wrote big text, and after it crashes and throws me from the app, then after I am again opening the app and everything what I wrote was missing and also it opens the previous chat in which I was chating, this is super uncomfortable to be honest please, this also happens not only in my phone I have a friends which also facing this issue, just check this out and fix this stupid issue and secondly the video notes feature is awful telegram is much more better.

Hello, Every 3-4 months, after downloading new updates for WhatsApp, I experience a very frustrating issue. When I play a voice note and bring the phone to my ear, the proximity sensor fails to trigger, and the audio does not switch to the earpiece. If I try to adjust the volume, the sound plays out loud through the main speaker, causing everyone around me to hear my private messages. This creates highly uncomfortable situations in public. My phone's proximity sensor works perfectly fine with normal phone calls and other apps; the issue occurs solely within WhatsApp after updates. Please look into this software bug and fix it in the upcoming release. Thank you.

I dont know about the connection between ios 17 and this issue but i am experiencing volume problems. When i push buttons in order to increase or decrease the sound of the voice message buttons react anything. So i leave the app running in background returning back the main menu and increase or decrease the volume and coming back the running app and so i can listen to the messag. I am using iphone 15 pro max. It is very annoying and i have downloaded the second ios update and it didn’t solve the error. Please fix this as soon as possible.

Hello. I am using an iPhone 14 Pro and recently I started experiencing an issue where I do not receive WhatsApp notifications or calls unless I open the application. Once I open WhatsApp, all notifications and calls are delivered immediately. This issue started recently, last week. My internet connection is stable, and notifications from other applications such as Instagram and Telegram work normally. Please help me with this problem.

I did update to latest version. to much bugs. 1. my sended text color is impossble to read. when u go a chat and write message then go back select another chat nothing just white blank screen. to fix i just close app and reopen. not convinient , it should fix bugs when u update the app to new latest version not install new bugs whcih makes whatsapp impossible to use cant even read my chats why should we use this app? what is the point? also no report feedback button at least add this for user experience.

I am experiencing an issue with WhatsApp voice messages on my iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 18.6.2. When I listen to a voice message by holding the phone to my ear, it plays correctly through the earpiece. However, when I move the phone away from my ear, the playback does not stop — instead, it automatically continues through the loudspeaker. I can’t record my voice messages. After updating the last version iphone, I often face this problem. I was asked to restart my iphone. I did it. After 3-4 voice messages, the same problem happens again. Every time this problem makes me to press Sleep and Wake button. This driving me mad(((
