Hello, My Instagram account (@cefer355) was recently suspended for violating child safety rules. I understand how serious these rules are, and I fully respect them. The issue may be related to an old joke I posted about a year ago about my friend's child. The account was temporarily suspended at the time, but after I contacted it, it was reinstated with a warning. I immediately deleted the content and haven't posted anything similar since. There was no new content that violated the rules. I believe the current block may be related to an old situation that has already been resolved and resolved. My account has been active for over 12 years and has always been used normally, without any malicious intent. This profile is very important to me, as it contains many years of memories, contacts, and personal content. I request a manual review of my account. I personally can see that offensive and violence supporting accounts and posts are staying there no matter if I report or dont! However, other bloggers’ accounts are being easily closed, altho there is nothing going on except for true information sharing! Isnt it highly disrespectful towards people? I was reporting an Armenian woman burning my country’s flag, nothing happened, obviously Instagram is okay with it. (??) Then I cannot simply find my favorite blogger because of he or she is Azerbaijani. I think some of your staff might discriminate and violate policies. Shame on you. I feel discriminated and disrespected.

Armenian that work at Facebook and Instagram headquarters are abusing their power to delete posts by Azerbaijani people and are posting about it on social media! This past month Facebook has been deleting comments and posts made by Azerbaijani people despite them not violating Instagram’s community guidelines. Meanwhile when we report comments posts that include violent pictures,dead bodies,vulgar language posted by armenians , we are told that our report is not accepted! How morally correct is it for Instagram and Facebook to let its workers abuse their position to for their personal gain?

Instagram is a social media. But unfortunately armenian employees in Instagram use their worling position to block Azerbaijanis accounts, delete their comments and posts! And Instagram takes no action to prevent such abuse of authority of armenian employees. As a result of this process Instagram hides the truth and realities of Nagorno-Karabakh, intentionally deletes only Azerbaijanis true stories about it’s land and terrotories occupied by Armenia and cancels out publishing the real point of view of Azerbaijani people! At the same time not doing this to Armenians! That is the real fact of national discrimination !!! I ask you to take steps to resolve this situation fairly.

I have written so many times about the issue. The latest version of instagram doesn’t work on my iPhone 11. The latest version includes Facebook messenger accessibility via Instagram. Although my instagram is up to date, I cannot connect its messages with Facebook Messenger. Even there is no any “message setting” at all in settings. I’ve already given my feedback and no result. Many of my friends faces such problem with their iPhones. I don’t get it. Even on iPhone 6 it works but not on iPhone 11 or 10

This media is most useful and greatest one to be honest, but I would want to give a suggestion for you to improve. You can actually put music player in chat so that if anyone starts music, and another one allows, then they listen to same music. They can express their feelings, or may be some cannot say their words briefly, that function would give them chance to do. And it will create good atmosphere actually. I don’t know if you will see, but I hope you will consider. Thanks in advance.

1. Search/Filter in Direct messages is NOT working! It only finds 2-3 latest unread/flagged messages, while i have dozens. If i scroll down myself i can find them all, but it takes like hours cause i have hundreds of messages daily! 2. Adding space in photo caption is a pain in the a**! I have to copy and paste “space” or otherwise it just puts all the text together 🤦🏻‍♀️ Return button doesn’t help much in this. 3. Started constantly freezing and drops me out of the app.

Hi instagram Help me. for some, the number of my subscribers is 151, and for some, 147. Please correct the error. why??!!!! please fixt it!!!! and even some messages are not erased. I read them, but notifications about them remain. In addition, I would like to say that there are 13 Armenian terrorist organizations around the world, if there is an attack in your country as it was several times in October of this year in Gandja city of Azerbaijan, if your children and family die you will not be able to declare this on Instagram. Armenian employees of this company will immediately block your account. So this company violates human rights to free speech and thus supports terrorism.

The heart button show people who like pictures also after swiping you could see those people who you follow-their daily likes of other posts. Now it disappeared, also visible only likes from today and only some of them.. it happens not always but often! Also music!!!!!!! Why we have no music in Azerbaijan? I mean when we changed the country after moving, it show the music but after update it disappeared. One more vanishing!!!!

Why my Instagram feed changed to black theme and the audio is not playing on video, but comes as a separate audio file. When i delete apps and reload it, everything is fin for a while, then the black background appears again in the feed. Only in the news feed, the rest of instagram is okay. Please fix this

When are you planning to make it available in Azerbaijan? It’s been years since the update but still isn’t available in my country. It is annoying that when music is used in a video or story, there is no audio, it keeps saying it “is not available in your country”. I also saw that you can now share music in your notes too, of course it is not available in Azerbaijan too.

Hello everyone! Thanks for the great app and continues improvement! But, I want to let you know that, when I open a video from “discover” it plays like 2 second and then the video pauses, only the sound continues. I need to scroll down and up again in order to play the video normally. THAT REALLY ANNOYS! I hope you will be able to fix it with the upcoming updates. Good luck!

I was restricted in instagram to put single likes! I never wrote hurt or insults to anybody! I just wrote truth about Karabakh. If expressing my will to support my motherland hurts you your armenian colleges so make sure you left the instagram. What a nationalism! Kendi telefonumdan uygulamaya giriş yapamıyorum ve hiçbir şekilde dönüş yapılmıyor. Sürekli giriş yaparken ‘üzgünüz isteğiniz gerçekleştirilemiyor’ yazısı geliyor, hesabım başka aygıtlarda açılıyor. Uygulamayı sildim yükledim yeni gelen güncellemeleri yaptım telefonun kendi güncellemesini yaptım hala daha sorun düzelmedi ve kendi kendine dil değiştiriyor.

Yaklaşık 6 aydır uygulamadan hiçbir şekilde bildirim gelmiyor. Bütün ayarlar açık. Telefonumun bütün bildirim ayarları açık fakat sorun çözülmüyor. Uygulamayı kaç defa silip tekrar yükledim yine olmadı. Benim gibi aynı sorunu yaşayan bir çok insan var lütfen bu sorunu çözün.

I am from Azerbaijan. Previously, I was able to use the music feature in Instagram Stories and posts. However, this option is currently unavailable. I see that users from other countries still have access to the music library. This issue is very serious because all our old video posts that included music are now silent. It makes no sense to block the music license in Azerbaijan when it was available before. I kindly ask you to reconsider and restore this feature in Azerbaijan as soon as possible. It is important for our creative expression and for preserving our existing content. Thank you for your attention!

Dear All Kindly I’d like to inform you someone shared others users private photo and wrote harmful words on it. I reported 5-6 times in Help Instagram but they didn’t reply me even they replied to me that “we didn’t remove the post because we couldn’t find any harmful blah blah blah” If we believe in you and your app and we share about our memories, our life but someone take and share its with harmful topics even hack our account and dm. You’re one of the biggest social networks and you should follow this issue and solve our problem. At least you have to reply our report and email. If you don’t do it or can’t control your system, inform us. I am from Azerbaijan. Previously, I was able to use the music feature in Instagram Stories and posts. However, this option is currently very limited. I see that users from other countries still have access to the music library. This issue is very serious because all our old video posts that included music are now silent. It makes no sense to block the music license in Azerbaijan when it was available before. I kindly ask you to reconsider and restore this feature in Azerbaijan as soon as possible. It is important for our creative expression and for preserving our existing content. Thank you for your attention!

Dear Instagram team, Your employees of Armenian origin are misusing their position within instagram and deleting Azerbaijani-Turkish posts and comments, related to Nagorno Karabakh issue, that don't contain specific words and phrases that can be categorized as hate speech, harassment, bulling or other ibited category within set of your own rules. At the same time, people of Armenian origin have flooded Instagram with hate speech, posts about terrorism, extremism, separatism and other misinformation that is not allowed by your own rules. We also see posts from people of Armenian origin, who work in Instagram, stating that they can remove posts of Azeri-Turkish origin by externally escalating the issue within the Instagram without need of any reporting by users. If you want factual proof, we also have screenshots of these words from your Armenian workers. I am strongly disappointed that upper management is not taking actions to persecute these racist acts of power misuse by employees of Armenian origin, which turns your platforms (Instagram and Facebook) into propaganda and lobby machines. Over the past few months, I haven't received any notifications from Instagram. l've verified that Instagram notifications are enabled in my iPhone settings, and l've also confirmed their status within the Instagram application. Additionally, l've uninstalled and reinstalled Instagram, logged out and logged back in, and even reset my iPhone settings, but none of these actions have resolved the issue. Also I contacted Apple's support. As they said I turned off notifications for a couple of hours, and then turned it on didn't help either. So fix your app.

Dear Instagram team. Since Monday (3 days ago) I cannot use my Instagram account even though I have no problem with my other accounts. I can’t scroll feed, watch stories, see my Direct messages or even report a problem. I tried to restart my app, update my IOS and restart my Iphone as well. My account is not disabled, because it is still visible while searching a user and I got no mails about that issue. I reported a problem from my second account but haven’t got a reply since Monday. My whole information, photos etc. are on this account and I can’t even download them all. Please help me with solution. Regards,

I couldnt believe when i found out(myself, did not copy paste the idea) that instagram is shutting down the accounts of Azerbaijanis faster than other reported accounts. How unacceptable. Yet there are sooooo many accounts and posts full of violence, hate speech and provocations. Which i myself have reported as well, but when the response to my reports were “this does not go against out community...”, you cannot imagine the level of disappointment. I will continue using instagram just to continue reporting those kind of posts. ONLY for that purpose, cuz its not fun anymore on instagram... and i wont be surprised if my account faces difficulties soon cuz of my this review:)

Dear Instagram, since i am being blocked on the actual app all the time, i will write here. I don’t know if your workers are taking advantage of their jobs and do these things, or you algorithm is just jacked up, but here what happens: I repeatedly report pages that contain images of death, hate speeches towards my country, glorifying of war and death, pictures of dead children as the result of the terror attacks that are being performed on my country, pleads of supporting terrorism. I am from Azerbaijan, and if maybe you heard, we are at war. I am not asking for your prayers or your help, i am simply asking : Why is your app blocking my comments and limiting/deleting them- i never use anything going against the rules of Insta or humanity. On the other hand, pages by people Of Armenian decent - containing all kinds of hateful and spiteful images and info about my country - are being there for the world to see. Take a close look at your environment and take action.

About two weeks ago, my instagram stopped displaying new messages from group chats or personal chats in the Instagram app. All my chats are gone from the main DM screen, I have to add them back manually using the search bar. I still receive notifications from IG on my phone when someone messages me, but they do not show up in the app. I can still send messages to other people, and they still receive them. I have tried everything from logging out and logging back in, to installing the latest iOS update on my phone, in an effort to restore functionality to Instagram Direct.

Hi. I really loved Instagram until I got problems with my account because of changing birthday date. Instagram asked me to send docs which confirm that I am 18+ years old. I sent. I sent it nearly 50 times or more. But there is no answer. Your employers are irreponsible. I hate this platform. I lost my account because of you irreponsibility. You also want to delete my account and show it as “you requested to delete”, well, ME? I am fighting for my account. And you do nothing. You don’t reply. I have no words for you. Literally dislike Instagram and will tell everyone. I am gonna delete my other accounts.

I would like to know why Insta Music is not available in some of countries? For example, Azerbaijani users from Azerbaijan are not able to use this feature of Instagram. It limits to also view posts used with Insta Music or cannot view stories with music. Us - users in Azerbaijan (and others countries where this feature is not available) would be glad if Instagram took this issue with the app into consideration and fixed it.
