Weverse: Connect With Artists Kundenservice

Ich finde die Weverse App sehr gut, für jeden KPop (und vor allem BTS Fan😉🤭) ein Muss! Auch das neue Update ist sehr schön, mittlerweile ist die LIVE Funktion dazu gekommen. (Leider ohne subs.) Wer sich außerdem von Weverse Shop etwas kaufen möchte muss sich dort mit seinem weverse Account anmelden. Öfters benötigt man dazu jedoch die Shop-App und kann nicht übers Internet (Website) bestellen. Wer außerdem den Content von weverse only sehen möchte, muss sich dazu die membership Möglichkeit aus weverse Shop kaufen, die jeweils für ein Jahr gültig ist. Damit gehört man dann auch „offiziell“ zur Fanbase. 😉 Die App gibt es leider nur auf Englisch aber die Übersetzung von Posts kann man auch auf deutsch einstellen. Ich habe Weverse jetzt seit ca einem Jahr auf meinem Handy und es ging bis jetzt immer einwandfrei. Seit Heute komme ich nicht mehr in die App…ich versuche sie aufzumachen aber sie schließt sich von alleine nach ein paar Sekunden wieder. Ich habe es versucht mit Handy neustarten und habe sogar die App zweimal deinstalliert und dann wieder installiert aber das hat alles nichts geholfen:( Bitte um Hilfe diese Problem zu lösen!

Also ich komme super mit der App klar! Die Bedienung ist einfach und es macht Spaß was zu posten oder Posts von anderen zu sehen! Ich bin BTS Fan also ein ARMY. Ich weiß nicht wie das bei anderen Gruppen ist, ob die „Serien“ machen oder so? Aber ich gucke immer Run! BTS. Ich würde mich freuen wenn man sich auf die alten Folgen davon zurück greifen könnte! Oder gibt es diese Möglichkeit schon? Wäre nett wenn es eine Antwort gibt! Die Antwort kann auch in englisch geschrieben sein! Vielen Dank das ihr diese App entwickelt habt! 💜☺️

Oftmals ist leider die Stabilität der Übertragungen nicht gut, grade von live Konzert. Besonders wenn es um BTS geht. Währe schön wenn das besser wird, danke

Ich finde die App wirklich gut. Ich selbst habe sie nicht, aber habe die App mal über das Handy von einer Freundin benutzt. Ich selber kann mir irgendwie kein Profil machen, da wenn ich auf „Sign up or Log in“ drücke, ich mich nur einloggen kann und kein anderes Profil machen kann. Ich bitte um Hilfe...

Mir gefällt Weverse immer besser! Ich hoffe zukünftig das die Künstler mit uns Live mit der Kamera kommunizieren können!

Bisher war ich auch immer von jedem Update begeistert, aber dieses Mal gibt es einen Wehrmutstropfen: wo ist meine Army-Bomb als gefällt mir Button hin? So schade das sie weg ist.

Die App stürzt neuerdings immer ab wenn man ein Live sehen möchte…. auch wenn es die Wiederholung ist

Bin mit der Weverse App im Ganzen zufrieden. Ich mag die neue Live Funktion, jedoch finde ich es recht schade, dass es keine Untertitel gibst, vor allem für uns International Fans ! Ich hoffe dies wird in naher Zukunft hinzugefügt.

Die App ist super,hatte das nämlich schon bei meiner Cousine gesehen…aber ich kann mich nicht anmelden…dabei hätte ich die App sehr gerne

I love the app it works well even tho the v app was something else but it’s great too, I just don’t like it that you MUST update it, if you don’t then the app won’t work because of the update button, it annoys me very much! I hope it’ll get fixed!

The app started crashing since today morning and I can’t open it on my iPhone 8.

So my first acc i think it got banned but i didn’t do anything wrong i was in the app and in an hour i could not comment and there was a red lock next to my name what does it mean am i banned

Since I bought bon voyage, in the soop etc. I wish we could also watch it offline too.

This is probably the best app, which lets us communicate with our artists freely. I would love it, if the artist could go live trough Weverse.

It is so easy to watch a live of your artist and this app is super, everybody fighting, BTS forever 💜💜

Es macht mich wütend das Leute die etwas nettes geschrieben bei den letzten Sekunden der story bei der man am Ende dann nicht mehr schreiben kann Reported werden und das Kommentar dann nicht mehr angezeigt wird. Ihr löscht Kommentare ohne zu kontrollieren weil andere es reported das ihr Kommentar oben bei der abgelaufenen Story angezeigt wird.

Holt euch die App definitv die ist sehr gut aber es dauert ein bisschen bis man alles versteht

Die App ist irgendwie nicht auf auf meinen Handy finde es komisch weil ich habe sie nicht gelöscht aber ist gut

Seit dem Update ist die TV App version komisch. Neues Video mit subtitles von anderen Videos etc. Ich dachte, wenn ich mich mal auslogge und wieder anmelde, ist der Fehler behoben. Aber seit dem geht gar nichts mehr. Man konnte sich per QR Code vom Handy aufs Smart TV einloggen. Aber jetzt bekomme ich nur noch die Nachricht „dieser Weverse QR code wird nicht von Weverse unterstützt. Bitte bei Weverse am Smart TV einloggen“. Es gibt leider keine andere Möglichkeit, sich bei am Smart TV einzuloggen als per QR Code. Weverse Developers, bitte auch mal die TV App updaten!

Ich habe mich mehrere male versucht anzumelden aber es funktioniert nicht warum !!!!!!!!!!!????????

Früher wurden alle Livestreams der Stars auf Englisch übersetzt, leider ist das seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr so. Also wenn man nicht ließen Koreanisch kann ist die App unbrauchbar.

Mit dem neuen Update (Ende Oktober 24) ist der darkmode eingeführt worden, das ist super! Das Layout an sich ist etwas anders geworden, das ist auch ok. ABER: jetzt musste die einzigartige ARMY Bomb leider einem generischen Herz weichen. 😩 das ist wirklich schade, weil das ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal von weverse war! Jetzt wirkt es nur wie jedes andere Social Network. Ich hoffe die vielen Rückmeldungen in weverse bewegen die Macher dazu, die ARMY Bomb als Zeichen der Zustimmung wieder zurückzubringen!

App ist nach dem Anmelden komplett auf Koreanisch auch wenn vorher Englisch als Sprache ausgewählt wurde. Ist daher nutzlos für jemanden wie mich, die kein Koreanisch lesen kann.

Damit gab es vorher schon immer Probleme, aber seit dem letzten Update schmiert die App noch häufiger ab und Streaming geht zu 90% gar nicht mehr 😭

Mangelnde Moderation und extrem langsam.

Ansich ne coole App ,aber es nervt wenn die Videos immer stoppen und laden. Und das vor und zurückspulen funktioniert auch nicht richtig

Ist jetzt schon zwei Mal abgestürzt während ich einen Fan Letter geschrieben habe und es hat das Fan Letter nicht mal gespeichert! Musste zwei Mal von neu anfangen... Jetzt ist es wieder abgestürzt.... Toll...

The reason why I give weverse a three star is because before this version we got to comment and post about our fav idols/groups without having to do this phone number thing I hope they go back to the old version and also the reason is that there are many fans who are young and might not have a phone/number so that’s why I would like if they change it but other then that’s is Great I highly recommend for people who have phones but it’s good and I hope you change this number thing and let us comment and post without any sms problem thanks hope you chang this problem ☺️

So, I always thought this app was good, but...I can not log in. I have tried everything with my google account, Twitter and my email. Nothing works!! If I try this with my email, I don’t receive one. And with my google and Twitter Account it’s the same. Apparently the password is wrong, eich is not true!! I have changed it so many times and it still does not work. I hope the people who can lock in enjoy being on the app💜 It would be nice if you respond.

⚠️ ARMYS, pay attention to this suggestion! We could write feedbacks about Weverse in Applestore, Playstore & similars, suggesting the creation of a new tool to disable comments in concert lives. We can use screenshots of this last BTS live concert to report the lags and help the armys who couldn't watch the live. If we do it in massive groups, maybe in the next live we can watch the boys with no interruptions.

I love the concept of the app and essentially everything about it, except for the fact that there are still no english subtitles for the lives or even any options for subtitles at all. Please please fix that, I really want to watch all the lives and actually understand what people are saying :/

This app should be a safe space for fandoms. Instead it’s filled with racism, hate, death threats, spam, etc., towards our artist and the fans. We asked weverse repeatedly for help but get ignored. Due to the limited report option it’s not possible to get rid of these accounts. But the accounts of fans got locked because haters mass reported us. I never felt so unsafe, like on this app.

I liked this app, it was easy to use, but now its lagging a lot and I'm not the biggest fan of the new live feature when there aren't even English subtitles afterwards. But the translation of the posts has improved, they make more sense now.

This app used to be one of my favorite places but the Lucas community is filed with hate comments and racism jokes. They spam with death wishes we already asked weverse to change the community rules but they don’t care about it. I whished I would habe my safe place back but until there isn’t something changed I will not longer use Weverse.

Horrible app, full of spam and predatory accounts trying to get minors to join group chats. Has been going on for months and they still haven’t done anything. On top of that they censor words and posts that they don’t like. Ignoring genuine spam but having the time to implement censors is just weak. Used to be better.

Community would’ve been nice if it wasn’t for the crazy censoring of artist relevant words and names and even countries. I get that you shouldn’t be too political on this platform but those are whole, real countries… doesn’t look good from the outside since there are already certain stereotypes of the sk population in place.

Really bad. Watched the BTS Concert in Busan with friends. In the end we only could see maybe three/four songs because the thing crashed again and again. For such an big company I thing it could be better. Sry Hype

The mobile app seems nice, connecting Tv and mobile device is easy, but the TV app has a lot of bugs and there is no way to get help or actually contact anyone about it

The app works fine for posts, stories etc. till I switch to the live section, then it’s crashing…

Unfortunately they took a safe space and enforced ridiculous rules just to make the man with the hasbara propaganda happy! I can’t believe they would hire and excuse the racism and islamophobia of Scooter by reducing it to „personal beliefs“ while limiting fans in a space meant for fans to interact with their favorite musicians!!

Super disappointed in weverse. I was trying to watch the live stream for Hobipalooza but the app crashed every 10sec for a minute. I missed all of his jack in the box performances because of it
