Cappuccino - Stay In Touch Kundenservice

Ich liebe die App. Ich habe sie mir gestern mit ein Paar Freunden runtergeladen und bin begeistert. Die “Hintergrundmusik” ist der Hammer, genau wie die Qualität der Nachrichten und der Aufbau der App. Der einzige Grund, wieso ich einen Stern abziehe, ist weil die Beans höchstens 3 Minuten lang sein können. Es wäre schön wenn beispielsweise der Gruppenadmin für die Gruppe einstellen könnte, wie lang die Audios sein dürfen.

Cappuccino ist eine geniale App, die super umgesetzt ist und flüssig, intuitiv und angenehm bedient wird. Die Qualität ist herausragend. Eine tolle Idee wie man mit Freunden in Kontakt bleibt und einen regen Austausch aufrechterhält! Einziger Mangel: Externe Mikrofone, die am iPhone/iPad angeschlossen wurden, werden in Cappuccino nicht erkannt, obwohl diese mit Apples Sprachmemos App erkannt werden und darüber aufnehmen.

Es wäre besser, wenn die Audiodatei in 1,5facher bzw 2facher Geschwindigkeit abgespielt werden könnte

I love this app but I wish I could use it with my friends that have androids. They have only an outdated version that is incompatible with the upto date version on iOS. Please fix this. Thank you.

I downloaded cappuccino, because me and a friend were both fed up by the amount of messages we receive on WhatsApp, Snapchat etc. Now I get my “beans” every morning at 8am, I listen to them while I drive to work - instead of a podcast from random people I don’t even know, I can now listen to my friends and their updates about their lives, which is awesome! It takes the pressure out, because you can’t reply immediately, since you only see your new bean at 8am! And you also don’t get random unnecessary voice messages that last 15 minutes, but the most important information in a matter of 3 minutes! Absolutely love the concept, the app and everything!

It's a cool idea and a great way to stay in touch and learn more about your friends and family. I just listened to my first cappuccino today and it was really fun! The concept is great and I can’t wait to see where this goes. However, I think it needs some tweaking to be more intuitive. I wanted to do this with my family but I can already tell that my mother is not going to be able to work the app on her own. The group signup via code is kind of weird - I wish there was a link that opens the app and adds you to the group. Next up is they day-to-day basis. While that’s cool for close friends, some might not have the time or want to send a bean every single day. I wish that I could adjust a group to be on a weekly basis. A fun feature would be the ability to set group covers that show as album art when playing your cappuccino.

I just downloaded the app and I just LOVE the concept. I hope it’ll develop more and more over the time. It told a LOAD of friends to download it! x

Mir fehlt ein bisschen das kreative. Es ist immer eine Musik die vorgeschrieben wird. Ich kann einfach nicht viel von mir selber einbringen außerder Sprache und den Inhalt. Außerdem antworten meine mit Gruppen Leute nicht, also so richtig weiß ich nicht wofür die App gut ist ich könnte das im Prinzip auch auf WhatsApp übermitteln aber die Fragen sind cool. Tschüss

Die App scheint cool zu sein, aber bei mir ist es auf spanisch ohne Grund und ich kann nicht so gut spanisch. Daher keine Ahnung wie ich es auf Englisch oder so ändern soll

Amazing idea, and it works most of the time. Technically, not everything is running smoothly though. But we still love it.

I love the design and the idea but I can only record beans that are 3 Minutes long. That’s not enough for me

I downloaded it and i hate it. You dont even create a password. I wasn‘t able to hear „beans“ from my friends i absolutly hate it. So i deleded it and i‘m never goong to use this app again

Phone is said to be invalid and email and pass don’t work since button stays gray

I really want to try the App but i can’t even verify with my phone number. I’m just not receiving the code . Please could you do something about it i wanne use Capuccino too .

I’d really like to use this app because the concept sounds interesting but when I enter my phone number it says that I get a message, where a code appears. I tried it many times but I never got a code... (I life in Germany by the way)

For 2 days I am trying to sign me in but I received no code and tried re downloading and even turned my phone off and on to make it work. 😭 Is someone having the same problem?

Ich nutze die App gemeinsam mit meinen Freundinnen seit einigen Jahren und wir lieben sie total. In letzter Zeit häufen sich jedoch immer mehr Probleme. Zum einen hat IOS Funktionen die es für Android nicht gibt, aber auch umgekehrt. Zusätzlich stürzt die App immer häufiger ab, Nachrichten müssen mehrfach aufgenommen werden, um am Ende trotzdem nicht abgespielt werden zu können. Ich finde es sehr schade, da ich finde, dass die App super Potenzial bietet, vor allem für long distance Freunde. Das letzte Update ist mittlerweile auch mindestens ein Jahr her.. Wenn sich in Zukunft nichts ändert, werden wir uns wohl oder übel nach einer Alternative umschauen müssen… Schade!
