Bonjour personnellement je trouve l’application très bien et surtout le point sur lequel je souhaite m’attarder c’est le support. J’ai eu un problème de connexion à l’application à cause des cookies et je n’arrivais pas à y remédier. J’ai donc contacté le support par mail. La personne (Florian) était très agréable et ma vraiment aidé dans mon problème c’est maintenant résolu. Merci beaucoup

Une possibilité de sauvegarder un repo pour pouvoir voir le code hors ligne serai top!

Derrière cette expression qui pourrait être inconnue de certain se trouve ma satisfaction d’avoir une application à la fois visuellement agréable et efficace pour gérer la complexité de mon activité sur GitHub. Qu’il s’agisse de commentaire sur des Issues ou des PR ou encore de lire du code. La fonctionne d’exploration est tout aussi agréable que sur le navigateur par ailleurs.

Cette application est vraiment géniale pour les dev utilisant github ca permet de consulter sin code, les pushs les commits ect… et cela sur un smartphone, je remercie l’équipe github pour cette petite merveille

Application pratique, mais manque une gestion des branche : j’aurais aimer pouvoir naviguer entre les branche est visualiser les commit de cette dernière

Je me remets au dev et je trouve que GitHub a mega progressé depuis mes dernières lignes de code. Ça en devient même un peu difficile de tout comprendre. Cependant, toujours aussi pratique et utile. Merci 🙏🏼

Depuis plusieurs années on attend cette application, Github a répondu présent aujourd’hui. Voir les Pull Request et issue en cours, valider et voir le code, le tout avec une application native, c’est parfait

Super application, reflet très agréable du site. On peut gérer correctement ses projets, suivre les devs et faire des reviews. Bravo aux devs.

Enfin l’application Github 😍 Par contre les notifications push ne fonctionnent pas... (Iphone 11, iOS 13.3.1)

Je regrette une seule chose, les nombreuses pages non supportés par l’application qui nous redirige vers safari. Ennuyant à force.

Bonjour , je viens de télécharger l’application , elle est en langage incompréhensible, un langage asiatique , impossible de trouver ou changer la langue , j’ai beau appuyer partout je ne trouve pas …

Vraiment une application utile. Savez-vous quand GitHub actions sera implémentée ?

As usual with GitHub products, the UX is excellent. It in utterly impressive how well the dev and product team behind this app nailed it. I still wish I could swipe left to go back to the previous screen (as opposed to going to the app’s home). Thank you! 🙏

Still missing a few integrations but I'm sure they'll come eventually. For notifications it'd be nice if the view showed status check. It'll help triage PR notifications to look at first. Also could you fix the broken rendering of picture element with media query such as "prefers-color-scheme: dark"

Love this app to edit my repos on the go. It’s become so easy for me to stay in bed with my babies (mom coder here) and do some light work using the GitHub app while my babies sleep comfortably next to me

… if we could connect multiple accounts !!! I do have to work on multiple project with different accounts, however only one can be used at the same time…

I would really love more search features, I still have to open GH in safari for that it makes little sense: - Search In the current repo - Search my stars - Wiki Support

I love this app but PLEASE add the ability to rename a newly created branch from the commit dialog! That’s the only part missing to be able to 100% create PRs from the app, I don’t want my branches to be named the default value PLEASE

Pretty useful app. Easy to switch to the browser when in need of more features.

… though not yet as responsive / rich as the web interface. Having notifications on iOS is welcome.

Thanks for the work provided. We were looking forward to it. The app is well done and We never get tired of navigating between projects.

The new project view is great but cannot be accessed via the app. I cannot have the complete project management experience from this app. Yet?

Perfect this is really amazing good user xp. Before even being announced I was just expecting a Github mobile app and not that much awesome designed. It deserves 6 stars on max of 5 stars ⭐️ 👌

The improvements over time are amazing! Nowadays I do most of my review directly from my iPhone.

However, the Auth by app via push that CANNOT be disabled is excessively annoying. I’ll add the missing star the day I can disable this monstrosity.

App pratique mais il manque les notifications qui me semblent essentielles 😔

Il est très difficile d’appendre à l’utiliser tant sur le web que dans l’application. Il serait très intéressant d’avoir au moins les noms en français, créer des liens privés ou public qui nous permettent directement d’envoyer le lien soit à une personne ou plusieurs. Mieux nous montrer le fonctionnement lors de la création des dossiers ainsi que mieux comprendre les suivies des développeurs comme par exemple Mozilla pour suivre l’évolution des mises à jours du langage HTML et CSS.

J’ai fini par la supprimer... Impossible à utiliser, il manque une notice, l’interface est confuse. Incapable de voir comment m’en servir, je reviens à l’interface web.

Complètement inutile, le site web fait mieux… Ça aurait plus utile de pouvoir synchroniser un dossier avec un repo sur un dossier de l’iPad de façon a pouvoir éditer localement puis push quand on se reconnecte

No access to github actions. No way to manage several non-enterprise accounts. Very limited account/repo management. I once enjoyed GitHub. However GitHub has stalled for several years. GitHub Actions are buggy and GitHub does not care about fixing them GitHub PR reviews are so limited that they are close to being useless. As an open source developer it was already boring. As a professional user with monthly fees it is simply unacceptable. GitHub application is a highly reduced version of what can be done from the website, which is already far too limited.

Amazing app, however I feel two things would greatly benefit my workflows 1) More widgets should be added with more configuration options. Specifically I want a “Repository Issues” widget. 2) Better UI for managing issues in a repository. Adding labels, milestones etc should be better handled.

In the project view from a repository, it worked before but now I see all the issues not filtered by the specific filters of the views. I want to have access to my project board with limited issues relevant for me, not all the issues from the project.

As title says in the mobile app is missing functionality compared to the website. And no it’s not normal, having a different UI doesn’t mean a different UX..

Impossible to sign in with the opening web browser. It says “ Cookies must be enabled to use GitHub.” Despite changing the default browser to 2 different and removing tracking protection it still doesn’t work. Would be great if an update could fix that.

There is no keyboard visible when you try to login on iPad. You can manage to copy/paste the login, password and OTP pin number but then you are logged in inside the webview and not in the parent container (the app). I see that I’m not the only one experiencing this issue…

I can’t open any repo, my repo or others repo. I always have the same message : Something went wrong Try again The worst is that Safari force me to open any GitHub link by the app just to show me that bug…

I tried multiple times but as soon as the sign-in web view is being dismissed after credentials acceptance, the app is being shuts down and the display come back to the iOS springboard. I’m on iPhone X iOS 14.4.2
