- Appen fungerer greit nok til det viktigste, som innsjekk, boardingkort og å finne bookingene mine. Den er ganske enkel å bruke når alt går som det skal. Samtidig oppleves den litt masete, med mye fokus på tillegg og ekstravalg underveis. Det trekker også ned at brukeropplevelsen ikke alltid føles helt smidig eller oversiktlig. Awful first experience They will find a way to screw you. You’ll end up paying more than than second cheapest option, and be annoyed and irritated during the flight. The gotcha that got me: Checkin closes much much earlier than the standard for airlines, and they’ll force you to pay 55 EUR extra if you don’t make it on time. They guide you to download their app, but each update takes at least 70 MB. With several such updates needed in a row, then on a cell phone connection, the time it takes to download the app just might mean they will have closed checkin by the time the app finishes updating. To not to speak about the overly strict luggage rules and having to pay big fees if you get it wrong. Never again Absolute nightmare ordering from Ryanair through the app. It’s a scam and I’ll not order a plane ticket from Ryanair again. Firstly, there was no clear information anywhere that checking in online beforehand was essential so I was fined 55€ for airport check-in. The day before I ordered extra luggage through the app and there was no warning or information or anything to try to get me to check-in online even though it’s just a click away. Meaning they only want to trick money from you. Secondly, I had ordered a 10kg cabin bag through the app and it had not been registered through the system even though I payed for it and the lady at the bag drop wanted to fine me too for “having an extra bag” because it didn’t turn up on the system. After showing her my bag itinerary on the app she didn’t fine me but complained I hadn’t told her colleague that I had an extra bag when its not my fault Ryanair doesn’t register things properly. Overall, my experience with the technology of the app not working, rude staff and the expensive fines made my journey one of the most unpleasant and expensive ones I’ve had. Horrible. Ryanair ir the worst airliner ever Very careful with all the “special” rules that only Ryanair has. They are traps conceived to steal money from passengers. Try to checkin at the airport 3 hours before your flight and you will have a fine of 250 euros per person. Take one bag and a laptop aside, you will also be fined or leave one behind! It’s ridiculous! Plus Inside the plane you get absolutely nothing from the Ryanair. No matter how long the flight. Pay pay pay pay and more pay.
