Bad Communication Booked an activity and ticket was never confirmed. Although it kept showing “tickets will appear here soon”. On the day and time we were told at entrance of the activity that we do not have valid tickets. GYG never sent any email or message or any kind of notification to say that tickets were not confirmed.
