Bad experience I hate it when apps try to make it complicated for disabling email promotions and all these annoying emails. And also try to make it difficult to delete your account and data. I had to disable email notifications from multiple different places, and I still get them. And. Eventually tried to delete the account, of course, this had to be done through help center through a specific form which I filled just to submit and get an error “oh something went wrong.” Oh reallyyyy, there take my response, one star review and deleting the app and blocking all the email addresses related to your business.. Dissapointed I normally have good experiences with Glovo, but today my order was delayed for more than 1.5 hours and then automatically cancelled because the store was closed. Custumer service Extremly bad custumer service. It was problem with the promotion code so delivery got status «pick up» and not delivery. When I contacted custumer service they told me I had to order a guy to pick up my self and it costed 7,99 euros. One girl named Ana told me I could get 1.30 euros off and said right after that she could not do it because it was my fault the status was delivery. Unprofessional Some time ago I was in Milan and ordered good throw Glovo. It was at night and most places had closed so this was my only option. The food came over 1h late and was all wet because the delivery driver had spilled my soda over the food. I took pictures of the food that was soaked in soda and asked for a refund. I talked to Glovo help support, but they have yet to send me the refund. It’s now 1month ago and I still haven’t heard anything or got my money back. Terrible service and a scam of a sight.
