Hi, I’ve downloaded the app and have an issue using it: it drains my battery. The device gets warmer and warmer, the battery dies quickly. One or two other apps running in the background, as usual. Iphone se, ios 12.3.1.

Have been reading NYTimes for years using mainly web-version, as the app is rather a punishment compared to the web-variant: 1) the app has been constantly turning off unexpectedly, 2) the content (especially that of not main articles) seems to be lagging behind and has not been refreshed as often as new articles appear in the newspaper.

The app has a lot of technical problems. Takes long time to load- particularly the games crosswords etc. keeps refreshing and the process takes a long time. Generally slow

Once you are a subscriber (which is easy) you are then unable to cancel. At least this process is really complicated! Why do I spend time when I want simply to cancel??

Его нельзя удалить или засунуть в какую-нибудь папку, он портит весь вид. Бесполезный значок на моем айфоне.
