Apollo провёл многовато времени в бете, но разработчик исправил сотни багов и сделал безупречный клиент так, как будто его сделала сама Эпл. Просто и функционально. Горячо рекомендую.

Switched from Narwhal, to which I switched from the official flop of an app. Apollo manages to be both functional (hello Narwhal) and visually pleasing (hell no Natwhal). The dev is a genuinely great person, too. Hope he sticks to his promises, so that we actually get the ideal iPad Reddit app. In the meantime, I’ll be using Apollo on my iPhone and won’t be looking back. Thanks for creating this gem.

So far Apollo was my favorite way to interact with Reddit. Simple, snappy, free to use with no annoying ads. If there’s no Apollo, there is no Reddit for me.

This was the best Reddit client out there. No surprise if I stop using Reddit altogether.

Thank you for the fast native application and for the integration of the translator (it was very helpful). I discovered Apollo a little less than a year ago, and it was wonderful, it's a that everything ends like this 💔

Please add: - Notification alerts!! - Some kind of colour or logo distinction between subreddits (like in official app). Makes it much easier to distinguish which sub a post is from when browsing home or multireddit. - live comments

Better then official client.

Been using this app for over a month – all good, but found some bugs: 1) Transition from vidget doesn’t mark appropriate post as read. 2) Subreddit icons sometimes don’t show up in the feed (just grey circles). 3) Impossible to make bold titles in compact mode (so text melds a little bit). Otherwise is great, thx for the app!

Maybe I’m just blind, but I can’t find a way to autoplay videos with sound in the feed without opening them. Otherwise this is indeed better than the official app, which is itself pretty decent, so. Great job! Keep it up. Much love.

Nice app. But could you please fix this little annoying thing: when I want to collapse a comment, I can’t do it became sometimes a user’s name is too long and they have a user flair, so there’s literally no space left between this and the three dots button, so I can’t tap to collapse. It happens often.

Love the huge amount of features. One thing it’s missing though is NSFW blur toggle.

I purchased the pro version, features like controlling playback are cool, but it's horrible when suddenly sound from another video isplaying (e.g. you open video with sound, scroll to the next post and both videos are playing with sound even if you opened both fullscreen) Also, not able to view users' avatars and no such option :(

Can't imagine using Reddit without it now.

I did however notice a strange crash when trying to hide all posts from subreddits.

I like it overall and have bought Pro, but imgur albums and galleries have been broken for about a year for me throughout multiple updates and Apollo subreddit posts. Also I keep collapsing posts when trying to scroll. Infuriating with long posts.

Купил версию pro ради уведомлений но оказалась что этого мало, надо купить подписку. Придётся пользоваться стандартным клиентом реддита. Жалко нельзя вернуть деньги.

на главной мешает рандомные/не интересующие сабы вместе с теми на которое подписаны. меня тошнит от ворлдньюс и фаннимимс. да и кстати не торопитесь удалять свой предыдущий клиент, так как в этом нет и половины функционала без подписки

After some sort of update it started spamming me about having thumbnails off. I want them off, I don't want go click cancel every time

Reconsider your monetization model. i would understand selling the customizations. i even understand disabling gesture customization, although that is already questionable. but hiding main feature of the app behind a paywall?

Купил я когда то про версию, ктож знал что за уведомления нужна ультра, и за иконки нужна ультра, видео потом будет Мега, Гига и т.п. Господа, отвечающие за это решение, чтоб вам пусто было. Деньги на деревьях не растут.

Nagging for feedback = one star

Not a good look when every few months you get fullscreen pop-up ads.. When you've already paid for pro.. Dev being all hush-hush about it, only responding to favorable comments is a choice, too. It's still a great app, but seems to be on a downhill trajectory.

There is no keyboard window when you try to insert the login and a password… Registration has been made through Web interface on Reddit.com, but what about Apollo?! The app offers only ‘Scan’ option for both input fields

In five days getting the same old posts and memes, subreddits don’t renew - subscriptions don’t show up in feed.

Fix new bugs, please! I really loved this app:( but now it always crushes, when I click on the icon and wait for a few seconds.

There are no special complaints about the application if all the functionality was available for ~ 10$ in a one-time payment. But no, a developer from every corner screams that he alone develops an application, his cats will starve if you do not buy a subscription. About of in-app purchases, the author manages to contrive and squeeze out as much as possible - let's count. Access to notifications - 1$ a month or 30$ forever, changing a theme - 5$, changing an icon - 5$ (only for 1 pack!) and the pinnacle of insolence - built-in donations. For this money, access is provided only to customization, I'm not talking about translation into other languages ​​and other vital things. Further more, developer separately prescribed the detection of jaibkreak, which is a rarity these days. Decide for yourself if you want to support the impudent beggar or if you should look for better alternatives.
