Hi. So one time I ordered food in Paris and right now I’m in Saint-Etienne. I didn’t check the delivery adress nor the adress of the restaurant before I ordered pizza and you already know what happened. Normally the app is supposed to be showing me restaurants near by. It was showing restaurants in Paris for some reason. I payed for a pizza that never arrived. Im really sad because I’m a student and I rarely choose to pay extra money for delivery etc. This was going to be the first time I threat myself with a fancy pizza in months. Now I’m hungry and I’ve already spent more than I should’ve today.

Ok, u order, rastaurant prepares but if no delivery driver around , who is responsible, who do you compain too, not to a driver who picks it up 20 min after food is cooked not to restaurant, then who. This system has to be worked on.

One might think it’s a convenient service to link restaurants and customer. But when something goes wrong - and it will go wrong, one day your delivery won’t reach - be ready to lose your money because UberEats doesn’t care a single bit about their customers. Try, eventually you will quit.

I had to collect my order by myself after 1.5 hours. Because delivery guy didnt move from where he was for 1.5 hours. I paid around £50 and ubereat refunded only £1.91 for cold and terrible pizza. I never use ubereat again and never recommend.

Uber eats is disappointment. Never use again. Food was totally freeze. The driver leave the food on the pavement. Never, ever order again!

I placed an order from Uber Eats in Madrid, and my food was just thrown in front of the building and went missing. They even didn’t call me when they arrive. I never received my order, yet I was still charged. No refund was issued. They are not helpful at all. Be careful! Despite contacting Uber Eats multiple times, they told me they won’t refund me. This is unacceptable. The customer service is absolutely terrible — unhelpful, careless, and dismissive. This experience was extremely disappointing. I will never order from Uber Eats again, and I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone.

They send me an e-mail with a promotion code for discount, and i download the app, choose the food and in tje end it says “you are not eligible for this promotion “ lol

They have only ai support and even your order took 3 hours to deliver they will not cancel it.

They couldn’t manage to bring my order in an hour from a place which is just 500 meters away. Their claim was 15 minutes. Unacceptable. Thst was my first and the last order.

Was unable to add promo code to the basket even if I was eligible. Support refused to help me

Entire system is built upon making you wait until the last minute. You are not allowed to cancel (unless you wish to lose your order moeny) until a certain amount of time is passed since your order. And drivers have no responsibility in terms of whether something is missing in the order, so you are stuck with the virtual agent to resolve your issue. Surprise, some (probably most) of the items are not eligible for a refund. Also, app has terrible navigation, it shows places that are almost in other provinces to me. Overall, use your other local option for ordering food.

They give away fake promo codes to make new costumers

Paid extra for priorty delivery, received cold junk after 30 mins. Zero support, total scammers

You can’t trust their couriers

Almost always the delivery time shown ends up being 2 times 3 times! Pay expedited receive the food in 1.5 hours.

No one to speak at the phone

Terrible delivery service; estimated arrival times are simply lies and disastrous customer experience in case of delays due to not finding a delivery person. Complete failure.

I’ve ordered through Uber Eats several times, and almost every time my food arrived 30–40 minutes late. The last time was especially frustrating — it was already 40 minutes late, yet the app still showed that I needed to wait another 20–30 minutes. I contacted customer service, but they didn’t take any action. The food that was supposed to be hot arrived cold, and the dessert that should’ve been cold was warm. The only response I got was, “We hope you have a better experience next time.” This level of service is really disappointing, especially considering how often these delays happen.

The support is a joke, they just close the tickets with an unrelated answer and you cant even text back

Robbing their customers

In Spain, I can’t change to English language, all it shows in Spain. In most of the food stores you can’t use the promo codes.

Delivery guys are so impatient, the amount of times my food was late for more than half an hour is crazy. Yet they cant wait for just 2 minutes which is part of their job. When my food comes its already cold, why should I pay for this? Also why cant I see if my delivery guy has other orders to give BEFORE my order is taken??! Why cannot you just add one button, to cancel an order. Any other delivery app outside Europe and England has all this. Uber Eats is perfect example of what Europe became.

It’s been 2 months since you charged me for an Uber One subscription I never used. You promised a refund, ignored me for weeks, and still sent nothing. This is disgraceful customer service. How many people do you steal from like this?

Delivery people should have their numbers available to the customers, the communication channel is one way, there is no way to contact them, unless they initiate it first.
