Customer service Hello! I wanted to contact you about a very serious issue that we had happened to us today with our hotel, but I neither can message the customer service nor call them. So I'm reaching out this way. Before booking I thoroughly checked the reviews and the rating and the photos of the Reynna hotel and I was excited about it, however when we arrived it was a very shocking experience because the place looks nothing like the pictures, the room that they offered did not even have a door, it had some random stairs placed inside the room and the bed was broken, there was nothing else in the room and the whole place was stinking and very dirty. That's why we left the place immediately and the receptionist only said that we can get a refund through the website or the app and did not even try to help. It was a very frustrating experience especially when we came to explore the city and have a vacation. We were left with nowhere to go. I request that we get a refund and you check the place and remove it from your platform because it leaves a very bad impression on Booking.com though I had lovely experiences before. Hotel problems The only positive is the location of the hotel. The hotel itself is very dirty, cleaning is poor, the lock on the balcony door was broken and while we were calling and asking to fix it, maintenance was not available for all these days.
