Memnun kaldık Yaptığımız rezervasyonda bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Her şey yolunda gitti. Otel fiyatı da gayet uygundu. Hatta ben rezervasyon yaptıktan sonra fiyat düşmüştü. Disappointment I picked this travel agent app because of reasonable price, i did a reservation by my credit card for a hotel. Up to now , For 24 hours , my reservation is still on processing. I asked the hotel if my reservation is recevied by them, they said there is no such a reservation. The agent has no phone line of customer representative to ask ( for my country), there is only message option in app, i have written 3 messages , and still there is no response. FRAUD!! I paid for the reservation and when I went to my accommodation there was no one there. I couldn't check in to the apartment because I couldn't reach the owner or the agoda service. None of them returned. And I stayed outside at night until 2 o'clock. Then I moved to another hotel and the next day Agoda contacted me by mail. I explained the situation but they did not refund my money. Then I researched and found out that they do this all the time. There are a lot of victims like me. Agoda scams these people. And then it does not give you any return. And when you write this somewhere, they immediately write "please contact us, we apologize for the inconvenience" under your message. Cancel policy I cancelled my booking and agoda didnt pay back. instead you gave me gift same amount of payment. And that gift can be used almost nowhere. Because of resterictions. They didn't refund the money, and there is no support center to contact. There is no one responding. I'm very disappointed, and I definitely do not recommend using it.
