Memnun kaldık Yaptığımız rezervasyonda bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Her şey yolunda gitti. Otel fiyatı da gayet uygundu. Hatta ben rezervasyon yaptıktan sonra fiyat düşmüştü. Arnaque Nous ne recommandons pas du tout l’utilisation d’Agoda. Nous avons réservé une chambre dans un hôtel à Fethiye (Turquie) et en arrivant là-bas, qu’elle ne fut pas notre surprise en voyant que l’hôtel n’avait pas de chambre pour nous. Non seulement nous n’avions pas d’endroit où dormir la nuit mais en plus, impossible de se faire rembourser par Agoda (qui nous avait déjà prélevées!). On ne peut contacter personne d’Agoda et nous n’avons qu’accès à un Tchatbot qui n’est pas d’une grande aide. Nous nous sommes donc faites arnaquer le prix d’une nuit d’hôtel.. Agoda cheating cuatomer I have booked hotel and promotion room describtion was double room but after I arrived hotel receptionist offer me twin room. I show them my booking details double room they ask me extra 300K Rupiah, I complain but they told me that they already warned Agoda about it but Agoda still keep promote like that. I contact Agoda customer service about the issue and ask for help. They disnt help me and alos they dont want to refund my money if I cencelled booking. Disappointment I picked this travel agent app because of reasonable price, i did a reservation by my credit card for a hotel. Up to now , For 24 hours , my reservation is still on processing. I asked the hotel if my reservation is recevied by them, they said there is no such a reservation. The agent has no phone line of customer representative to ask ( for my country), there is only message option in app, i have written 3 messages , and still there is no response. Terrible It is not possible to reach their customer service either through email, by using the app or by filling the form in their website. They ask for the reservation number, but since they had cancelled my reservation, I keep receiving emails saying “further action required “ explaining that they can not create a customer service ticket. I tried to solve the problem by calling Agoda customer service and the hotel's call center at the same time from two phones at 23:30. While my daughter and wife were waiting for me in front of the hotel, tired!!! As a result, the problem was not solved. Agoda canceled the reservation and returned my money.
