Food & Drink is the free customer publication for customers of the LCBO, Ontario’s provincial beverage alcohol retailer. It is dedicated to the art of entertaining, inspiring readers with tempting recipes and the latest information on wine, spirits and beer. Food & Drink‘s experts equip readers with sophisticated yet accessible entertainment advice and tools for relaxing or socializing with family and friends. Beautiful photography and relevant articles are to create a guide for entertaining that readers refer to time and time again. People love Food & Drink and it has always been a coveted item for LCBO customers in stores and now is available digitally.

This is a free app download. Within the app users can download the current issue and back issues.
Users can register for/ login to a pocketmags account in-app. This will protect their issues in the case of a lost device and allow browsing of purchases on multiple platforms. Existing pocketmags users can retrieve their purchases by logging into their account.
We recommend loading the app for the first time in a wi-fi area so that all issue data is retrieved.
If your app will not load past the splash page after a first install or an update, please delete and reinstall the app from the App Store

Food and DrinkI’ve been collecting and trying recipes from this magazine for years… I used to get a new one and curl up on the sofa Sunday morning with a coffee and just enjoy! I’ve tried a few of the drink recipes on special occasions.. Christmas.. new years… summertime on the patio! One time we took all the recipes from your thanksgiving dinner and made them for our thanksgiving.. it was so much fun.. I don’t get to Ontario often, but when I see a new one out I tell my girls who both live there that it’s time!! I still prefer the paper copy! Keep it up.. please!!.Version: 7.0.38
Consistently great recipesI have piles of Food&Drink mags that I have collected since moving to Ontario 20myrs ago--every issue has at least one keeper recipe (some many more), and I revisit them seasonally. The ingredients can be harder to source in smaller towns (certainly at the cottage I don't have the same access to international ingredients), but in the city, I love trying new things..Version: 6.0.0

Very convenientOn IPad, this is just great. Better then having to save all the paper copies, of course. It would be nice to implement hypertext linking to the web sites in the articles...would save having to switch to Safari. Still, a great app.. Update 2019: app freezes on all my iPads. I don’t want to restore it as I have 2 years of issues downloaded. Also, recent update requires wifi on, keeps “reminding” you of it...I loved using it offline, now...darn.Version: 6.0.0

My go to cooking magLove the online version. Easy to use and a staple when I want to do something new for dinner. Only thing I’d love would be a recipe name or ability to write my title on my bookmark list. A bit of a pain opening many to find the one..Version: 6.0.0

New FlavoursEnjoy reading about wines and cocktails that I haven’t tried. Like trying suggestions as there’s so much in the store. I’ve no way to know without your magazine to guide me. Some recipes are to complicated and I would like simpler suggestions for main courses. Not necessarily appropriate wines but more about after dinner drinks. Love everything about itI love the digital format and that I can bookmark pages I’d like to reference again. And I can screen shot a recipe or page for easy reference or to share with friends. No more worrying that I’ll miss an issue! Pretty good!Although I love to pick up the print version in store, sometimes there aren't any copies left and I miss out. Now I don't have to!
