Ich rate dringlich von ab, mir wurde zweimal in Folge etwas abgebucht, obwohl mein Konto bereits gelöscht ist und mein Abo bereits gekündigt wurde.

This app is a waste of time, money, space, opportunity, and storage. My issues with this app and COMPANY is the lack of customer service, help agent, or even FAQs available for issues. When trying to quit your subscription, there is NO guidance on how, and when you finally find where you can get help, there is NO representative from the company that helps. Instead you get thrown into a group chat with other struggling customers who thought they were going to receive help as well. 0 stars, DNR.

If you pay the Abo with PayPal you cannot even cancel it, there is just no way. The support or whoever doesn’t help you. I wrote them a few mails and still got no reply. If you need help or feedback you get thrown into a WhatsApp group with other people that need help. I still did not find a way to unsubscribe!

Cannot cancel subscription!!! It will not appear on your subscription and no option how to cancel it!!! Try contacting developer but did not answer. Do not download!!!

You get in to a Subscription without knowing! It’s hardly impossible to get your money back. Do not install this app or purchase anything from it!!!!
