The app goes beyond simple statistics—it delivers actionable recommendations, like "your hips never rose above your hands". With targeted advice, coaches and vaulters will have a clear path to advancing skills.

The app works best when your camera (or phone) is held wide and it is held still. The vaulter should be allowed to move through the frame as they run, plant, takeoff and finish their vault. After you save you video with your camera or camera app, you load it from your photos and press the blue icon (top right) to analyze the video. To save the analysis, you would press the upload button at the bottom. The analysis will now be found in the app's history tab (top left), and it can be emailed from there.
