TrueWatt was created by a triathlete who got tired of watching two different power numbers disagree mid-interval. Every feature in this app exists because a real athlete needed it on a real training day — not because it looked good on a spec sheet.

HOW IT WORKS
* One Source of Truth: TrueWatt takes the "real" wattage from your power meter and tells your trainer exactly how much resistance to apply.
* Full Data Sync: Connect your smart trainer, your power meter, and your Bluetooth heart rate strap simultaneously for a complete picture of your performance.
* No More "Fighting": Most apps let the trainer guess the power. TrueWatt uses a custom control loop (PowerMatch) to ensure the trainer follows your meter—not the other way around.
* Perfect Workouts: Import .zwo (Zwift) or .erg files. Because the power is accurate, your intervals will be exactly as hard as they're supposed to be.
* Smooth & Reliable: Advanced filtering prevents sudden "surges" or "drops" in resistance, keeping your ride feel smooth even if your cadence changes.

COMPATIBILITY
* Required: A Bluetooth (BLE) smart bike trainer AND Bluetooth (BLE) power pedals (or another power meter) are both needed to get the full benefit of TrueWatt -- the app works by bridging the two.
* Works with: Any Bluetooth (BLE) Smart Trainer, any Bluetooth (BLE) Power Meter, and any standard Bluetooth (BLE) Heart Rate strap.
