Good Living in SE Asia, I love this app.. one of my biggest issues, living in Vietnam with a girlfriend in Thailand, I can order her food etc.. but when I’m in Europe I can’t do that. Assi GUI is fine. But there should be like a penalty for drivers picking your ride and then just cancel, happens to often so the penalty can’t be that bad. Good in Phuket, bad in Bangkok We used this in Phuket and it was good there. But in Bangkok we booked the car while at the Grab taxi stand and the main rail station. The driver accepted and it was 15 minute wait time, which was long but we waited. The driver came driving towards us on the map but passed on another road. 25 minutes had passed since we booked. Our pin on the map was clearly and correctly placed, but the driver was on another road. She asked us to cancel. Waste of precious holiday time in Bangkok, stay away. Ina Ikke bruk Grab hvis du er i Indonesia, bruk heller Gojek. Grab er den mest ubrukelige appen jeg har brukt noensinne. Ordren min ble kansellert fordi ingen sjåfører ville ta den så da tar det 7 dager før jeg får pengene mine tilbake, det er helt tullete, på Gojek får du penger tilbake med en gang noe blir kansellert. Terrble app! Often times the restaurant makes mistake, are packing the food poorly, delay delivery or the driver damage food on the way, delivers late or similar. There is no way to get in touch with Grab support to have a refund when delivery goes wrong!. Ray of Norway Version: 5.302.0
