I love the app but I would really like a night mode if that would be possible.

For me personally, this application is of good Quality because it complements my wants and needs satisfactorily. It is also a tool that expands my book-descovering and knowledge about all kinds of books available to me. It has a substantial database. Every search i have made thus far has bore fruits, to wield a colourful expression. It is also a socially interactive platform which is avaliable in and encompass the whole world, as far as i know. This is incredible. For an application with its purpose it does the job, and it does it good. Good job developers, all and everybody involved. Good reads, good times. Rock n'roll! Good app for coordinating your reading. I miss a way of noting that I’m re-reading a book.

Elsker appen deres. Er bare ikke så fan av at man ikke kan se reading goalsene til vennene sine lenger. Likte når alt var på et sted. Oppdateringen synes jeg ikke er så bra. Håper dere kan få det tilbake sånn det var før.

I love this app! I use it a lot, and I usually find my next read from the suggestions. It’s a shame that you can’t choose who sees your updates. Sometimes I want to add a lot of books in a day, but I don’t want my friend’s newsfeed to be covered with my updates. I have tried disabling it, but some of my friends still have all my updates on their newsfeed. I have tested that many times.

I love the app but it's so bright, I would love if they added darkmode to the app! 🖤

Love that I can keep tabs on all I’m reading and have read, and read other people’s comments and recommendations. Would love more interactive features on the app, though. To personalise the reads more

Should be an update on the design sooner or later, and the “scan” function almost never works. And plz make a time tracker for how long you have been reading for as they have in the “BOOKSHELF” app Thank you

Super app! Elsker den!! Du får oversikt over bøkene du vil lese, bøkene du holder på å lese og bøkene du har lest. Du får lagt inn egne reviews og du får også ser hva andre mener å tenker om bøkene. Det er også mulig å oppdatere hvor du er i boka, der du også kan skrive hva du tenkte om de sidene du akkurat leste!! Du kan følge venner å se hva de leser, der du også får opp oppdateringer i feeden om hvor de er i boka og hva de eventuelt har skrevet om den. Der du også kan reagere, like og kommentere. Appen anbefales på det høyeste!!

Me, my husband and all my friends that likes to read LOVE the app and use it as a part of our daily lives. It’s great to remember books you want to read (by making a list), it’s so interesting to see what your friends and family are currently reading and all their reading history and future, it’s highly motivating and satisfying to track where you are in the book you are currently reading (no more folding corners), and I love the yearly reading challenge you can set for yourself. Again, another motivator to read more. But you HAVE to fix the crashing….!! For all of us, the app keeps crashing after browsing for a little while. It’s very annoying😩😩 Pls fix it….!🥲 I wish I could browse in the app for longer, but it’s just too annoying that you get thrown out all the time…

Literally brillant app. you can connect it to your kindle. reviews are very accurate. app is very motivating with goals and %.

Love this app, but I wish it was possible to give more precise reviews in form of stars. As in being able to give at least half and quarter stars.

An updated review. It’s still missing one thing in my opinion. Sometimes I DNF books and then the pages I have read are for nothing when it comes to my “pages read this year”. Can you please consider making a DNF button? This way we can have the pages count on how many pages read for the year and people can see how many other people have DNF’ed the book.

I absolutely love this app, i just wish instead of only giving whole stars, I wish we could also give half stars, f.eks 3,5, like on Letterboxd:)

I use this app everyday! It’s an a amazing way to Connect with other people who like the same ganre or books or author, it’s just amazing and give a lot of motovation to finnishing the books You are reading!

It’s a good app, easy too use and help’s you find your next book. I like too read but I love listening too audiobooks so plis add a audiobook filter

As a reader i like to find good books to read and enjoy, goodreads helps with that.. only if you get a hang of it. Some perks stop working and some things you can only do on a computer. If you download it, go check me out “ZÜBEN” I think im pretty good with reviews and all that junk. ;)

This app is not very fancy, and it’s not one of those apps that keeps being updated and improved very often. But it works, and it works very well! - And it’s free, and I bet it is used by many people who struggle to learn new functions all the time. I keep fearing that it one day will be massively improved by an expensive app designer, and that all the book lovers out there (myself included) will have to buy a monthly subscription to the app, or that annoying commercials will pop up if we don’t. No improvements needed, I love this app!

I highly recommend this app... Short Description: Goodreads is an social networking service for sharing your books with others for example, (Parents, Friends) etc... My Opinion: I use this app for a long time, and love it so much that I can't describe it just as I love books and comics, you can do many things on this app like you can add books into (Read) to (Want To Read) or make many list for your books that you like as you want, and also I spent many times on this app like make a lists of multiple books, check out my parents what they read in this month and so much more. If you’re into books, you will love this. You can read what others thought of books, you can gather a list of all the books you want to read, and the app recommends books for you. I love it:)

The app is so good, and I love it. But since the first time I downloaded it, it has been extremely slow and often crashes. Had to delete it because it wouldn’t work.

Love the app, but why does it give so bad recommodations? When i’ve read a book and given it bad rating, i really don’t want goodreads to recommend similar books. Come on guys, fix your algorithm - it is such an easy fix. And stop pushing romance novels when i read anything but that!

The overall purpose of the app is great. Everyone can agree with this. However, the apple badly needs a new interface design to make the experience much more pleasant. Critically, the needs a Dark Mode feature. I cannot stress enough how much this feature is wanted by many users on Twitter, for instance. Most readers upload new books or use the apps current features at night. Please consider this feedback.

It massively outdated. Alternatives to this app are simply amazing but they lack the community that Goodreads has been able to amass. Does it do the job? Yes. Poorly? Yes. Purely the app is very slow, not even a dark mode… it feels like apps from 10 years ago :(

Storygraph is better in all ways

You have the audience, you have this fantastic library and yet this app looks and works like it was made from an intern 10 years ago.

I want the «add books» function back. Most of the norwegian books I read aren’t there. It’s frustrating. Otherwise good app

After signing up you will get a lot of mail. You can’t simply click unsubscribe - you have to click through an innumerable amount of boxes to stop getting any e-mail.

The app can keep track of your reading habits, but has two major flaws: - the app is painfully slow - the app has no dark theme

Generally good, but randomly stops responding.

Like the app in itself, but the login is some of the worst I’ve encountered. If you’ve forgotten your password, and you use the “forgot password” feature, it just loads in eternity after making a new password. So basically— if you’ve forgotten your password — get another app. Pointless trying to save your account.

Opening this app or the website is like stepping back to early 2000s. Ridiculous how bad and outdated it is.

Great scanning feature for known books, but if I have a book that is not in the register I can not add it to my library. it is not a custom book feature, whay?

The overall point is great! But I’ve noticed it doesn’t register properly on the reading challenge. It is way behind than what I’ve put in but no matter what it won’t change.

Goodreads is great but the iPhone builtin keyboard is not, and this app can just use the biluiltin iPhone keyboard.

Its so slow. Freezes. Crashes. I’d be willing to pay for a better working app.

This app is very slow. It crashes now and again. The UI is kludgy and has bad UX. The functionality is limited compared to the web version, for instance search results are truncated and badly sorted. I removed it and switched to the web version.
