Only problem is the delivery charge is so expensive and some times not on time! But Talabat is cool

Uygulamayı kullanarak tam bir hüsrana uğradım. Kurye ekstre para isteyince sorun çıkardı. Malzemeye teslim etmedi ve kart ile yapmış olduğum ödemeyi de 1 aydan fazla zaman geçmesine rağmen iade etmediler. Buna ek olarak sipariş üzerinden Reguest açamıyorum.

مستغرب لما يكون تطبيق قديم وفيه كمية المشاكل التقنية وحتى الدعم الفني يسلك بكلام حلو وبس مافي عندهم حل خلال اسبوع مشكلتين وكلها في المبالغ الي المفروض تدفع بعد العرض يعني المشكلة كبيرة لما تكون في الاموال

Yesterday 3.5 dinars were withdrawn from me for Talabat pro ı did not carry out this transaction ı want my money back

Definitely a company that should not be preferred. Even though 2 hours have passed, they still haven't delivered an order that took 40 minutes. They don't say it for a valid reason. They ruined my Sunday. I think I'll have to wait another hour. Help Center sent a 15 dirham voucher as an apology. 15 AED for my 3 hours and Sunday!!!

I ordered a pizza and fries from Papa Johns on Talabat. THEY DIDNT BRING MY ORDER. Beside customer service in talabat doesnt work. You can not reach and contact to any one. STAY AWAY. They dont help custımers. I felt so desperate. Papa johns ripped me off. And Talabat has done nothing

I made my payment on first order and they didn’t place my order and ask me to re-order without refunding and help team say this is very common problem in talabat be carefull!!!

Second time i ordered and it received money but order gives error and not showing on orders.

I gave my first order, the charge has been deducted from my bank account, however the order has been cancelled without a reason. I have paid it but there is no delivery for what I paid. I lost my money just because of this app.

The customer service is not helpful at all

They moved the customer service team to Egypt, you cannot reach anyone, food comes 2 days later but you cannot call the cs to ask

I’ve been using Talabat for a while, but recently the service has become terrible. Today my order got canceled after waiting 45 minutes, and this isn’t the first time. Many times my orders were delivered to the wrong address, or keep getting calls “where is your location?” even though I double-checked everything before confirming. The drivers seem careless, and customer support doesn’t solve anything—they just copy and paste the same responses. Its a shame the most used app In Doha and with an disappointing services. Every time I went out i keep seeing delivers asking me the simplest question and is very frustrating. It’s really frustrating to wait so long, expect your food, and end up with nothing. Talabat needs to fix their system, train their drivers properly, and actually care about their customers. I’m giving 1 star only because 0 stars isn’t possible.

با اینکه از خدماتتون راضیم کیفیت غذا سرویس دهی داخل رستوران یا کیفیت غذاها وقتی انلاین سفارش میدم، ولی گاهی مخص‌صا اخیرا هم برنجتون واقعا نپخته س و خام، مرغی مثهم امروز سفارش دادم خیلی خام بود، ممنون میشم با کیفیت تر باشه

Scammers say my payment is incorrect twice

I tried a-lot to verified my Egyptian number but i could not still saying incorrect number

It’s been more than a week the service is really bad it takes more than an hour and half to receive the order , I have spoke with supervisor called Muhamad , I was telling him I’m thinking of canceling my subscription in talabat he said no one can force you to do anything… even supervisor is very bad , he sent 15AED voucher LOL

I have never encountered such unprofessional conduct from a business. You consistently deliver incorrect orders, send different products without any confirmation, and even deliver spoiled chicken. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

I’ve ordered 4 coconut water from talabat they delivered but the taste and texture was rotten I’ve been in contact with customer service so many times nobody cares they say we are taking full responsibility but no refund so we are paying for something that we can’t consume I don’t recommend this app if you have any issues you won’t be refunded

The order was cancelled but the app didn’t show that it was and kept showing that the order is arriving in 5 minutes. After 1 hour of waiting I called the delivery driver and he told me that all orders were cancelled due to the rain and I was confused on why the app did not show that the order was cancelled. Also no customer support to contact… Update even after all of this I still kept the app until your recent YouTube ad with this guy shouting nonsense I had to delete you and I am getting YouTube premium just so I can avoid this annoying ad … very bad

في كل مرة اطلب فيها يريد عنوان جديد ولا يأخذ من العناوين المحفوظة و يلكعني عندة دقائق بدون مبرر

I ordered from talabat it was coast 55 Aed but they put on the system 136 Aed and they try to take this amount and they told me also gave food back what kind of app and company is this are you guys try to monkey business to some one ?

طلبت ثلاث مرات وكل مره بيخلوني انتظر ساعه ويلغو الطلب واخر مره قالولي ان مفيش توصيل وهم بيظلمو الناس ويخلوهم ينتظرو ساعات ليه 👎

Bad. Really bad

Most of the time, the delivery time is shorter than actual. Even when it the restaurant is late for delivery, the time still shows the same.

My order delivery was missing items, I complain, and their answer to me is that we will be more careful next time. I want a refund and their response is to apologize for the inconvenience. This is theft!

Talabat cancelled my order on their own and did not refund the amount I paid by card. Furthermore, they are blocking me from contacting them. Because of this, I will never order from here again.

The app stopped working after you guys updated it. please fix it. its not loading at all
