When you send a gift, the recipient receives a link to open the gift card. However, through that same link they can also open the product page and clearly see the product name and price. This means you are basically sending the price of the gift to the recipient yourself. In many cultures the price of a gift should remain private, and showing it like this completely ruins the spirit of giving a gift. On top of that, one of the flowers I ordered was out of stock and instead of asking for my approval or offering an equivalent replacement, the order was simply changed and sent with fewer items. Customers should always be asked before an order is modified. Because of these issues, a surprise gift turned into an uncomfortable and disappointing situation. Order marked as delivered but never received, no refund provided My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday at 21:30, but I never received it. The app still shows the order as “delivered”, which is not true. I tried to contact Wolt support through all available channels, but the support team only replied after more than 20 hours. Even after responding, the issue was not resolved. I spent many hours chatting with support, clearly explained that the order was never delivered, and stated that I do not want the order anymore. However, no refund was provided, and my payment has still not been returned. Marking an undelivered order as “delivered”, responding extremely late, and refusing to refund a customer shows very poor customer service and lack of responsibility. Order Marked Delivered- Never Received, Very Poor Support Handling I had a very disappointing experience with Wolt today. I placed 4 orders at the same time. Three of them were delivered (one of them in 3 separate deliveries because it was a large order). However, one order was marked as “delivered” but I never received it. I contacted support and explained multiple times that I did not receive the order. I even provided doorbell camera proof showing the other 3 deliveries, and that no one delivered the missing one or called me. Support kept repeating that the courier said he delivered it to me personally. They claimed he came to reception, called my name, and I came down to take it. This is impossible — I was home with my baby all day and never went outside. I specifically order to my door because I cannot leave the apartment. We called the courier ourselves. First he said he asked reception to call me (they don’t even have my phone number). Then he claimed he left it at reception. My husband went down to reception and confirmed they never received anything. When we asked the courier which phone number he called, he refused to provide one. He then asked if we had a car service under our building, which made no sense. After a long and stressful back-and-forth, support finally acknowledged the issue and refunded the order — but only after I spent a lot of time proving I was telling the truth. This situation was handled poorly and felt very dismissive. Customers should not have to fight this hard and provide video evidence just to be believed. Worst Service Ever Over the past few months, I've experienced a series of issues with the Wolt food delivery app. My orders have frequently arrived damaged, excessively delayed, or missing items. Despite reaching out to customer support, who merely add credits to my account and promise improvements, the problems persist. The quality of service, which I once loved, has significantly deteriorated. It seems they're not addressing the core issues, possibly due to internal problems between operations and customer support. So pathetic service I am always using this app for orders but always its late and special customer service is so unprofessional,they give lot of orders to a courier same time its mean there is not timing we have to wait until they want i order and its show 55-65 minutes but almost 2 hours timings changing when i try to contact customer service he remove courier from the tracking that I will know order is late , so unprofessional answering very late they don’t care about customer.. Worst delivery service in the world Courtiers are literally abusing products, they are rude , and Wolt is just a fraud, they don’t refund my money even though my order was not delivered, and customer service is not responding and they don’t help you at all. I am paying extra fees to get more qualified service but all I get is trashy treatment. I don’t recommend this app to anyone, if you are thinking order something here don’t do, all you gonna get is going to be disappointment and stress. Bad Customer service Absolutely zero accountability. Every issue is met with the same copy-paste response: “We’re sorry” and “we’ll do better” — with no actual action taken. Awful service in Azerbaijan Service truly became unusable in Azerbaijan. You need to order anything only early in the morning or late in the evening, in other cases you will get 1 hour+ delivery even from the restaurants that are in the 300 meters away from you. Charged Three Times: no food, no help, no money I placed an order for 33 manats at La Guzu restaurant using the Wolt app. To my shock, the app charged me three times for the same order - despite the fact that I only placed it once. On top of that, the restaurant refused to accept the order, and the food was never prepared or delivered. I reached out to Wolt’s customer support, and their response was that I would need to wait 30 banking days for a refund. Unbelievable. I’ve effectively been robbed of almost 100 manats, and the support experience has been appalling. How is this even allowed to happen? Wolt Azerbaijan I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I’ve been receiving recently. Today, I placed two separate orders, and both were problematic. The first order was canceled after over two hours of waiting, and the second was delayed by more than an hour. Tired of service In general I think that it is a nice app. BUT just as something small occurs they staff keeps changing the location range for delivery. I am so sick of it honestly. Okay, let my order come a bit later but what’s the matter with only delivering to certain areas? Aren’t people who live bit farther for center also people who can get hungry or want to make orders?
