I requested an order of about 20$ but informed them before they sent the order that I did not have currency exchange on me. Bad ordering process Actually the company is good but one thing particular with the app is very frustrating. Once you order the food, there will be a confirmation process which takes 3 to 5 minutes. And very often the restaurant will cancel the order. And no, the app do not warn you loud enough about it. So I look at the app after 20 minutes to see when the courier is arriving, only to see that the order is canceled. Not only you loose the time actually look for the food and order, you loose much more time, thinking the order is on its way. But in actuality it is not. I am not satisfied I ordered a pizza , in few minutes decided to add a garlic souse to my order. The app took my order separately. Later my order came and garlic souse with another deliver reached to me. First deliver took the pizza, after 10-15 mins. second deliver took a souse. Be wary If you're using this app in Azerbaijan make sure not to use credit card and only pay by cash. I had an incident where my food was not delivered but the courier insisted otherwise and technical support asked me for video proof that it was not delivered otherwise the would do nothing for me. Awful service in Azerbaijan Service truly became unusable in Azerbaijan. You need to order anything only early in the morning or late in the evening, in other cases you will get 1 hour+ delivery even from the restaurants that are in the 300 meters away from you.
