A huge disappointment We used the app in English and ordered a burger from McDonalds. We received the burger without the beef, just the buns. Apparently the restaurant had an explanation in Finnish that asked for the ingredients to exclude and we obviously did not understand that. When we asked for support from the customer service, they said they will deal with the situation the following day. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional. The worst application ever! I recently downloaded the app after arriving to Georgia with my family. I requested an order of about 20$ but informed them before they sent the order that I did not have currency exchange on me.
