Concis, recherché. L’application est parfaite.
Trop de temps perdu à dérouler les menus
The app is great, having used it past couple of weeks I encountered no bugs, no other technical issues. It delivers the newspaper content smoothly and reliably. Just like their high quality journalism.
Works well but today will not open at all. Update installed.
Content is the FT, so perfect, and top-notch UI

Best newspaper in the world
Awesome, by the way a dark mode will add potential to this app
Depuis le temps qu'on attendait une vraie application pour le Financial Times! Pour le moment, aucun problème! J'espère simplement que l'application ne sera pas laissé à l'abandon.

Avis et Notes Négatifs de Financial Times: Business News
I am a premium subscriber because I value the quality of FT content. The performance of the App which I access on my iPhone is far more variable. I have a physical U.K. sim and a virtual French sim, as I live in France. The digital content on the FT App frequently fails to update or updates the headlines but does not allow access to the underlying articles. Sometimes this is cured by powering down and powering up again, sometimes not. The FT help Chat line has been helpful in resolving some instances but the frequency implies a problem with the design. I also have the Guardian App. The premium content costs a fraction of the FT. I rarely have a problem with that App although I access it in the same way.
I am a premium subscriber and am really annoyed still seeing advertisements - beating in mind the price of the subscription. The App is still not perfect, day/night modes would be much appreciated. Content is very good though.
FT is a great source of information and analysis but has very complicated subscription policies. Why not make it easier for everyone to subscribe and read a great newspaper!
Can’t believe there are ads even when you are subscribed. There truly is no limit to greed.
Too often this has frozen and had to be re-installed.
Impossible to make the portfolio or watchlists work. Pathetic!
Pay to win
Before it was working very well with the web version, now with the app, it’s no more the case despite updating it before going in the tube
I will keep using the internet website because when I try to log-in via the application, It is said that I dont have an account (it was working a week ago)
Transfert impossible de l application vers twitter contrairement aux échos ét a d autres médias ! Une bêtise !!!!! Guillaume Proust [email protected]
Honestly this app has the poorest user experience I’ve experienced in recent months. Even basic mobile design guidelines have not been implemented. It’s really too bad because the content is way better than most competitors. 1) fix navigation. How are users supposed to know they must swipe left and right to navigate? Besides, it’s not a smart system for a news app. Just look at apps like Bloomberg, their navigation is superior thanks to a bottom bar (this is standard practice by the way, and used by leaders like Spotify and Facebook) 2) fix discoverability. Solving the first point will certainly help with discoverability, but it won’t be enough. The FT produces a lot of content, and you can’t just leave it there and hope users find it. Why is it easier for a Spotify user to find a specific song out of millions than for an FT reader to find an article among a few dozen? You really have to think about this strategically, otherwise users will churn. 3) personalize. Do you think all readers want to read exactly the same articles? No! For the same reason you probably don’t watch the same Netflix shows as your colleague. Welcome to the beautiful world of the internet, where AI algorithms produce personalized experiences. Stop thinking about about this app as a mobile version of your paper edition. This is a different product altogether, targeting different audiences. If you don’t personalize (aka if you show me articles about Oil prices when I care about value investing) then users will churn. This should make sense, who wants to see irrelevant content? You have a wonderful product (your articles) trapped in a horrific prison (your app). For the sake of journalism, please free the innocent
