Excellente refonte avec support des vidéos. Il manque juste une fonction essentielle qui était dans l’ancienne version : le support du statut de lecture (lu / non lu)

Entirèrement novatrice dans sa conception, l'application peut être déroutante dans sa prise en main ; l'absence de badge et de décompte lu/non lu suprend au début ; une fois passée la surprise, et ayant bien paramétré les tags (later, à lire, urgent, thématiques, etc.), l'application s'avère beaucoup plus agréable et utile que n'importe quel autre lecteur de flux RSS (Ino, Reeder Classic, etc.). La centralisation RSS-podcasts-Youtube-Mastodon-Bluesky est super. Manque la gestion des dossiers pour s'y retrouver dans les feeds. Thanks Sivlio !

Bonne première impression pour l’application remplaçant Reeder Classic. En revanche, la synchronisation de la timeline ne semble pas fonctionner.

Beaucoup plus fluide, et j'adore ce lecteur vidéo natif. J'ai abandonné l'ancien Reeder. Vous nous feriez un petit Widget? :)

I had my doubts about this new application but have it a try and I must admit I kinda like it, I feel less pressure around reading everything and find myself reading more what I’m really interested in. It’s clean, efficient and a really nice idea. Still think that it should have had another name as both apps are quite different.

I first I was skeptical but after a few minutes, I totally bought the new way of consuming my feeds. Still, I would love to have a shared RSS feeds database on iCloud between Reeder and Reeder Classic so I can consume the same feeds in two different ways depending on what I want to do at the moment.

Beautiful app from Silvio, as always, but it’s not for everyone. As someone who has been using Reeder for more than 10 years, I of course tried this one from the beta but won’t be switching to it and will stick with the combo: Reeder Classic + Feedbin. Still, it’s a very nice app.

Very good new kind of reeder. I am a Reeder user from a long time and I love this new way of feed. I’m just disappointed to not see a lifetime subscription option.

L'application a l'air prometteuse, et je fais une confiance aveugle à Silvio Rizzi pour produire une app de qualité. J'ai eu tous les Reeder (classic) et Mela. C'est d'ailleurs bien le seul développeur à qui j'accepterais de payer un abonnement (surtout à ce prix là) Malheureusement pour le moment il est impossible de lire une video YouTube dans l'application. J'espère que ce bug sera vite corrigé NB: J'ai simplement ajouté la chaine YouTube Kurzgesagt à mon flux après avoir ajouté TheVerge

Nice design but a key feature is missing: read/unread articles. Add that and I’ll change my rating to 5 stars.

Cette refonte est décevante à ce stade, car manquent des fonctions essentielles qui étaient présentes dans la version Reeder Classic : 1. Compteur de fils non lus 2. Accès différencié aux fils lus / non lus. 3. Pas de fonctionnalité permettant de taguer tous les fils comme “lus” en un clic. Payer 10 € pour régresser, c’est dommage. J’espère que les prochaines mises à jour régleront ces défauts.

Je ne comprend cette refonte si s’en est une. L’app Reeder Classic est tout aussi épurée et simple d’utilisation pourquoi faire une nouvelle App ? Pourquoi mélanger tout ces flux ? Absolument aucun intérêt selon moi.

This new iteration of Reeder is super interesting: The addition of a Video and Audio tab to differentiate the types of content, the synchronized Timeline, a new UI that is still as clean, etc… but why abandon the concept of read/unread which allows you to manage your monitoring like a to-do list, with tasks/reading that can be done now and others later. With this unique Timeline, no choice but to consume the content directly at the risk of getting lost, or at least making it difficult to find a form of read/unread? I love Silvio Rizzi's work, that's why I directly subscribed to Reeder+ but please, bring back the read/unread! 🙏

Il manque le statut de lecture : lu / non lu.

Why on earth did you remove everything that make an RSS reader? I can live with timeline thingy and the fact that you think that Reeder can manage audio and video. I just don't have to use it as such. But WHY ON EARTH did you remove shortcuts, external browser support and everything that makes RSS Reader useful? We are loosing so much time now! Sylvio, stop thinking that you are Steve Jobs and that you can reinvent everything. You can't. And you know it, otherwise Reeder Classic won't be here.

Daily users of Reeder Classic app since many years, I'm sorry but that's not usable to not have read/unread sync option. That was the major feature when you subscribe to a lot of feed. Syncing the read position is not usable as this in the new app. Please give us back some features of the Reeder classic app.

Usually, I'm fond of Silvio Rizzi Reeder app (I used all the previou versions)… but this time… I'm disappointed. I paid to help the dev… but I expect some missing features before really using the app. The main one being “clearing what is already read”. So… wait and see…

Not having the capacity to mark what we have already read is making the app very unusable. Hope it will be added very soon as an option..

Subscription model : no way for me. This app is not bringing new content or anything that requires recurring costs. The previous model was great : a single payment for major versions. I will not enter slavery with tons of micro- subscriptions everywhere. Sorry
