Device Locator can help you:

• View location information from a computer.
• Confirm whether the device is connected.
• Access device information through your Cellveri account.

Location availability depends on device permissions, internet access, connection status, and the phone’s location settings.

FILE ACCESS

Access supported files stored on your phone from your computer.

After connecting your phone, open Cellveri on your computer to browse the files and folders made available by the device.

File Access can help you:

• Browse supported phone files from a computer.
• Open folders without connecting a cable.
• Download supported files to your computer.
• Review available photos, documents, and other items.
• Navigate folders through a familiar file browser.

Your phone must remain connected and available. Accessible files depend on device permissions, connection status, and supported file types.

IP INTELLIGENCE

View useful information about your current internet connection.

IP Intelligence can help you:

• View your public IP address.
• See available location information associated with the connection.
• Review the internet provider connected to the IP address.
• Check whether you are using the expected network.
• Understand basic information about your connection.

Location and provider information is estimated and may not represent an exact physical address.

SECURE ACCOUNT ACCESS

Create a Cellveri account using your email address and password.

When verification is required, Cellveri sends a six-digit code to your email. Enter the code in the app to activate your account.

If you forget your password, Cellveri can send a separate six-digit reset code so you can create a new password securely.

Your account gives you one place to use Cellveri services, manage your subscription, restore eligible purchases, and connect supported devices.

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Cellveri offers monthly subscription plans for Phone Lookup.

Choose a plan based on the number of lookups you need each month. The app shows your remaining lookup allowance.

Subscriptions are charged through your Apple Account and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account settings. Eligible purchases can be restored inside Cellveri.
