My food prepared in 13 minutes and they found a corruier in 1 hour 16 minutes . And customer service said that it is impossible to cancel the order when it is ordered. Don’t spoil your lazy day at home or part go with another service provider who provides service based on customer satisfaction

So far my experience with the app is good. Unlike other delivery apps that I tried in the region, this one has responsive support staff and they are capable of solving the problems. Offers always have the best discounts and delivery can be free of charge depending on the circumstances. Display of costumer comments about restaurants would make the app more reliable and fun to interact. Fun games could be incorporated into the app. Fpr example there could be competition among costumers based on number of orders made in order to win the “sheriff of town status”...

I accidentally chose the restaurant from another location, which I wanted to pick up myself, I realised as soon as I placed the order and contacted customer service, only instead of picking it up myself, I could pay the difference if the courier delivered it, they told me to check it well before ordering again. It shouldn't be that difficult, I just wanted to have the courier pick it up instead of picking it up myself and my order was wasted

They deducted from my card payment and canceled order due system error in the app. Then they refund money and then next morning took same amount from my bank account. This is typically stealing of money! Support never reply! Avoid!

They calculated a fee for the food that I did not accept. so i removed bolt and bolt applications from my device. and bolt group is not returning for complaints

Always get my order on time and it’s always delicious the service is amazing 💗

If you order food and get it withouth problem, app is great. But when you have a problem, there is noone to talk to and help you sort it out. They couldn’t find a courier to send my food for 2.5 hours, they couldn’t. Restorant closed and system showed I picked up the food. I tried to get help and customer service reply me after 12 hours with a “food is delivered, we see no problem” message.. app has no cancellation policy and they don’t know how to run the app

Horrible experience with couriers and hr support of Bolt food, the amount for the food deducted from my card and courier dropped my food to wrong address and my money wasn’t refunded back from support department. They are so far from being professional, I was using this app for 2 years in Baku but now deleting both Bolt food and Bolt taxi, i will share this horrible experience on the necessary social networks and also not recommending Bolt to friends here.

My friend and I ordered from the same place, and for about two hours they've been saying it would arrive at my address in 8 minutes. When I contacted live support, they were completely unhelpful and haven't responded to any of my messages for about half an hour. I haven't received a refund or anything else. I tried to contact the delivery driver but couldn't get a response from them either. My friend's food was picked up by a different delivery driver about two hours later and delivered to their address within 10 minutes, but I'm still waiting without anyone to talk to. This is the first time I've ever written a review for an app, and I absolutely cannot accept such poor treatment.

Dont use in malta, they are very bad

Kfc canceled my order after half hour later and customer support did nothing. She only said sorry and closed our chat. I deleted my account. If you are in Ukraine only use Glovo that's all.

Не привезли еду. Курьер не отвечал на звонки и сообщения, но самое отвратительное служба поддержки. Не смогла никак решить этот вопрос. Говорила только ждите курьера и мы ничего не можем сделать. Никакой конкретики сколько ждать и через сколько будет курьер. Заказа ждали больше часа после статуса «5 минут» и легли спать, так его и не дождавшись!

If everything runs smoothly, great app… but every single food will be overpriced to order here probably due to commissions they take, in many cities they can’t deliver very well due to bad couriers or lack of them. There is absolutely no accountability or support whenever something goes wrong and their customer service is absolutely useless… they have much better apps in places like Turkey where if anything goes wrong they refund you or have generous compensation. Just a terrible experience

I spent over 30 GEL and received the wrong order. Since I have allergies, I couldn’t eat any of it, so it went straight into the trash. Bolt refunded only half of the order. When I explained the situation again, the agent refused a full refund and responded with a very heartfelt “sorry.” Unfortunately, apologies don’t pay for food I can’t eat. Even better, this whole experience took hours after talking to their bot before I finally got a response. Outstanding service. Truly. Worst experience ever — thanks, Bolt.

Very poor service. Orders placed after mine, going in the same direction, were delivered earlier, while mine was delivered last. Everything was cold. The delivery algorithm is terrible. Wolt is much better.

Зранку коли заклади починають працювати з 7:00, курʼєрів для видачі ніколи немає. Причому це столиця, центр Києва. Проблему вирішують просто поверненням грошей, але сам факт що ти чекаєш 1,5 години щоб розібратися в ситуації в саппорті — вбиває повністю цінність застосунку. Якщо курʼєрів немає — не давайте можливості зробити замовлення. В цьому разі і заклад страждає, який готує замовлення, і користувач, який очікує довгий час щоб просто базово поїсти. Жахливе флоу роботи, жахливе ставлення до клієнтів.

The worst customer service and the app with most annoying bugs. I have been using this app for months now and ordered food a few times a week. Most of the time the order is very late, and there is no customer service to reach out. Every single time there is no solution even if the order is late more than one hour. Try to use alternatives and avoid this.

I never received the food, however they insist that they won’t refund, and refuse to help me check with the delivery guy or the restaurant. Shame!

I didn’t get a delivery and they say it’s my fault. No one rang the door bell, no one knocked, no one called, no text. Yet support says I didn’t answer a call so they dropped my food on the streets. The person from support is Tiago.

Dont waste your time with this app and dont believe the discounts because your delivery will come after 1 hour since prepared which makes all food terrible

I’ve been using Bolt Food for 5 years. During busy times, I understood that one courier might deliver multiple orders, so delays and cold food were normal, I never complained. Recently I saw the ad for Bolt Plus and subscribed, also because it promised priority delivery. The free trial worked great, so I paid for the second month. But in my last couple of orders, after the courier picked up my food, they went to another address first and I had no info about it in the app. It just showed “ is on the way,” while my food sat in the bag at another stop. When I asked, the courier said: “Of course I delivered another order first.” This means two things: either the “priority delivery” promise is false, or you deliberately hide other stops for Plus users. Both are deception. Don’t advertise features you cannot or will not deliver it’s misleading and dishonest.

If you have any issue with the order they are just trying to not to solve it and make you angry…. Worst customer support ever ! Worst food delivery application as well !

Bolt yemek uygulaması üzerinden yemek sipariş verdim. Yemeğin gelmesini 2 saat bekledim. Bu süreçte Bolt yemekle iletişime geçip bu süredir beklediğimi bildirdiğim halde bir çözüme ulaşmadı. 2 adet burger söylediğim halde 1 Ader burger geldi. Bunun hakkında Bolt yemek tarafından 1 adet burgerin ücreti geri ödenmesi yapılmadı. Hem dolandırıldım, hemde 2 saat yemeğin gelmesini binanın önünde bekledim. Ayrıca cash ödeme seçeneği sürekli problem verdiği için kartımı tanıtmak zorunda kaldım. Parasını ödediğin için beni orada mağdur ettiler. Bolt yemek uygulaması sadece genel cevaplar verip durumu ve süreci uzattı. Ben 2.5 saattir bu uzun yazışmalar ve memnuniyetsizlikle uğraşmak zorunda kalıyorum… kesinlikle hiçkimseye tavsiye etmiyorum…

How do you manage to bring the wrong order every time and not be able to find the house?

The courier didn’t deliver my food although in the app it appeared as ‘delivered’. I called him immediately and told him food is not delivered although it seems as ‘delivered’ in the app but he hunged up on me because I couldn’t speak Czech. I checked the whole building and there was no food, and a neighbour told me noone came in the building lately. I even checked outside and immediately wrote to customer support. The worst customer support experience ever! The ‘person’ keeps changing and sending automatic replies telling me that I was not home, ‘you should be home when delivery arrived’ which is not true but it replied the same way 3 times. I asked many times where is my food?no answer to that question, automatically answering that ‘you were supposed to be home’. This is just ‘stealing’. Stealing my money and time. And it happened a month ago when the courier put my delivery to a random door step upstairs, without calling or ringing the bell and the food was gone, it took 1 hour for me to prove that was not my door and didn’t receive the food, they refunded a couple days later. However this time they refused to refund. I’m deleting the app and don’t recommend anyone. Not all, but they have some rude and unprofessional couriers, and the worst customer support. Shame.

I had my order literally 2hours late and food was ready in first 20mind. So when I refused to have 1.5hours cold and corny food they didnt let me cancel and charged me.

If you want to get theft by couriers food to be stolen and get no refund or apology go ahead with bolt food

Ordered food then spent 25 min while waiting for the courier. No one to talk in support chat and obviously no refund (was able to refund my tip to the courier to my BOLT BALANCE thank you very much) I’ve so much motivation for any future orders after all my food arrived cold and I haven’t received any help

Do not order discounted items from bolt market they sent me 7 expired innocent juice and didn’t return my money back.

I ordered via app. I saw that the courier was not moving. I write the courier he said he try to cancel his order dury but could not. Then I try to reach support. It took ages. Then, after 1.5 hour, they said that ı could not cancel. Then I waited more and more. Finally after 2.2 hours, Me and my son ate cold, bad burger ever.

Confirm as described in other reviews - there is no customer service in this company. Technically you can write a message. But in reality they answer as bots and cannot do/solve anything except saying sorry and couple emojis. To the company management: please fire your whole support service department and save some money. This also removes illusion for clients you have some business and company.

Заказ уже как полчаса готов, курьер даже не едет в ту сторону. Уже третий раз такое. Вы либо при наборе не обучаете своих курьеров, либо они вообще не в курсе что работают курьерами

Disgusting delivery times, the orders always get rescheduled 50 times before they be delivered. If you have 2 hours to wait for food go on order. Additionally what is even worse the support of the organization is awful they do not respond to you and when they do 2-3 days had already passed and they give incredibly awful help. Why did I even download this app. I would suggest you to never pay for the order with card because u will not get your money back if they fail to deliver the order. They give you bolt credits as if I want to use this app. Pathetic organization. Shame on you.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Bolt Food. The courier came to my door, placed the bags, took a photo as proof of delivery — and then took the food and left. When I contacted support, they simply sent me that same photo and claimed the order had been delivered. This is clearly misleading and unacceptable. This kind of behavior from couriers is extremely concerning and feels like a scam. I expect a proper investigation and a refund. Very disappointed with the service.

I don’t know how it is in other countries, but in Azerbaijan, the city of Baku, delivery works terribly! Made an order, the courier was found in 2.5 hours! During all this time, we could not cancel the order, we wrote to the support service, but they did not answer there either and simply ignored it! I’ve lived on many continents, and order food all the time. Never seen such a terrible service. Orders are always rescheduled, delivery times around 2 hours for a restaurant located literally 5 min away. Customer service is absolutely useless, they take DAYS to respond and when they do - they solve nothing. Imagine not caring about your customers THIS much. I’m taking my business elsewhere and so is my family.

Customer service is so slow, it takes them more than a day to reply to a message they have to reply to straight ahead to deal with urgent issues. Other than that, they aren’t even willing to fix the issue. I will use Wolt from now on, never had such issues with them.

Awful servis. They scam people. From my account they steal twice. 10 manat and 1 manat for adding a bank card and they didn’t give me back my money. Their support awful, you typing an issue, they answer you 2/3 days later. One word, awful. If you don’t want to lost your money don’t use their services. Awful. Ordered through bolt food food (pizza) was brought in a terrible condition, as if the courier was carrying something heavy on pizza. The pizza arrived stuck to the box with the toppings. was not edible and we were denied compensation although we attached a photo and proof. what would you understand, we paid $ 12, or rather threw it in the trash, and we were given compensation of $ 0.88.

If you have time to wait and double your order awaiting time then go for it.. but here’s my experience, I ordered food but it wasn’t delivered, by calling to courier the third person said it’s a wrong number. Moreover, help center NEVER responses shortly as they promise, in the best case the next day. Too many things to say but that’s what they are..

Worst app!!! Service on 0! Noone replies you! All time written in the app is fully lied! You are waiting for your order for 2-3 hours, and support service during all the time is ignoring you, with 0 attention! And even after they have no excuse, and do not take responsibility for their indifference!

Customer support is awful and not helpful. I reported a problem and asked for help they just said “if you have problems just rate the order”. If rating and order is maximum thing that they can offer me then why does customer support even exist?

The courier refused to deliver my order and spoke in a rude, commanding tone. I never received the food, yet my money was charged and no refund was issued. Support claims the order was “accepted” despite the fact that it was never handed to me. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Courier stole the order for 65 USD and no one helped me with this. Customer support did not respond to my complaint via application and email. It is already passed a week. Very bad support and service. I ordered last night and courier had problem with motorcycle and he asked “bolt” to change him but they didn’t answer. So i also wrote them and restaurant also wrote them but they didn’t answer until today’s morning. 👎👎👎

I can not order anything. I choose what i want to order, when i try to confirm- "something went wrong". I can't pay and confirm. Not with cash, neither with cards. It happens for a ling time. I asked for support, sent complaint, but useless.
