Excellent SupportI have been on Cantina for nearly a year. It is such a user-friendly app & set up quite nicely. At one time I was having audio problems. I could hear the members of the room but they couldn’t hear me. I worked with Ivan from Support on this issue. He never gave up on me. He honestly cared about making sure I had a stellar Cantina experience! Within a short time, my audio issues were resolved & I couldn’t have been happier. It was such a good feeling knowing that Ivan was going to keep going until it was fixed! The whole team is supportive & couldn’t be nicer. Don’t waste your timeAn app you can’t join unless you know others already on the app. One of the worst qualifications of any social media app. My family and friends can’t join because we don’t know anyone else on the app. Single star rating for being the mission impossible of social media apps. Do not download this app!!!This app seriously messed up my phone. I downloaded the app thinking it would be fun to watch videos with my friends during the quarantine. The first few days were fine. I used it once or twice to watch stuff with my friend that lives far away. The first problem I noticed was it was hard to hear the person you’re talking to when a video is playing. My friend had to repeat what she said multiple times before I could actually understand what she was saying. Then the real problems started. Every day at some point in the afternoon, my phone would disconnect from the wifi and I would have to reset my network settings and log back into my wifi. It kept happening every afternoon for at least five days and I had no idea what was happening. After a few more of my friends joined, I noticed another problem. I would get notifications that my friends were on the app and going live but when I went on to talk to them, there would be no one there except me. I read a few reviews of this app and found out I wasn’t the only one having problems. My wifi problems kept happening until I finally deleted the app and then they went away. If you are thinking about downloading this app, I just want to warn you it will really glitch up your phone and you might have problems similar to mine or worse.
